Episode 46 — Part 2: The Synthetic Matrix and the Path Back to Source

SUMMARY In Part 2 of David Wolfe’s conversation with Christof Melchizedek, the discussion continues into Christof’s framework of the synthetic matrix, spiritual embodiment, planetary energetic architecture, and what he describes as the return of a Christic or Source-based frequency to Earth. A major theme throughout the episode is the difference between spiritual performance and genuine embodiment. Christof describes what he calls “flame plasma” as a Source-based intelligence that can become activated within the body, particularly within the bones and bone marrow. David connects this idea with his own emphasis on cleansing, fasting, nutrition, herbalism, and grounding spiritual work in the physical body. Part 2 expands on the hierarchy Christof introduced in Part 1, describing what he sees as coordination layers operating between nonphysical influences and institutions in the physical world. EPISODE HIGHLIGHTS 1. Planetary Thrones, Vaults, and the Return of Source Frequency Christof expands his model of planetary spiritual architecture, describing twelve “thrones” connected with different areas of human civilization and twelve energetic “vaults” containing what he calls Source or Christic frequency. He discusses ongoing journeys intended to reopen these structures and restore what he views as Earth’s original energetic design. 2. Flame Plasma and Embodiment One of the episode’s central concepts is “flame plasma,” which Christof describes as Source intelligence embodied within the human system, particularly the bones and bone marrow. He connects its activation with shadow work, spiritual coherence, regeneration, and oversoul embodiment. David relates this to his own emphasis on grounding spirituality through cleansing, fasting, nutrition, and physical health. 3. Authenticity Versus Performative Spirituality David and Christof explore the growing distinction between genuinely embodied spirituality and spiritual performance. Christof suggests that greater inner coherence naturally increases discernment, making people less likely to resonate with teachers or influencers whose outward presentation does not match their internal embodiment. 4. Solar Activity, the Flame Return Pulse, and the Synthetic Matrix Christof describes the years 2025–2032 as a period he calls the “Flame Return Pulse.” He connects future coronal mass ejections with planetary purification and predicts that large solar events could disrupt technologies and systems associated with surveillance, AI, digital currencies, and centralized control. 5. Oversoul Embodiment and Navigating What Comes Next The conversation repeatedly returns to the importance of embodying the oversoul. Christof describes this as the process through which deeper spiritual intelligence becomes integrated into the nervous system and begins guiding everyday decisions. His closing message is to focus less on predicting the future and more on recognizing the next step that inner guidance presents. FINAL THOUGHTS Episode 46 brings David and Christof’s conversation back to a central idea introduced in Part 1: spiritual development is not simply about acquiring information; it is about embodiment. Whether discussing planetary vaults, collective consciousness fields, solar activity, relationships, technology, or spiritual teachers, Christof repeatedly frames discernment as something that develops through greater internal coherence. The conversation ultimately becomes less about understanding every layer of the larger spiritual architecture and more about what an individual can do within it. For Christof, that means clearing deeper patterns, becoming more authentic, listening to the oversoul, and allowing one’s spiritual understanding to become fully expressed through the physical body. David closes with a similarly practical message: listen inwardly, trust the guidance that arises, and take the next step in the direction of the life you are here to create. Episode 45 — Part 1: The Synthetic Matrix and the Path Back to Source

SUMMARY In Part 1 of this wide-ranging conversation, David Avocado Wolfe welcomes Christof Melchizedek for a deep exploration of consciousness, plant medicine, spiritual embodiment, and what Christof calls the “synthetic matrix.” Christof shares the path that took him from physical training and energy medicine into years of shamanic work with Iboga and ayahuasca, along with the experiences that shaped his understanding of the human soul matrix. The discussion moves into the difference between “ascending” out of the body and bringing higher consciousness more fully into the physical body, which Christof describes as embodied ascension. From there, David and Christof explore spiritual control systems, ancient civilizations, the architecture of consciousness, religion, New Age teachings, Stargates, planetary grids, and Christof’s view of the forces influencing humanity. Part 1 closes with David encouraging listeners to absorb the many ideas introduced before the conversation continues in Part 2. EPISODE HIGHLIGHTS 1. Plant Medicine and Embodied Consciousness Christof shares how his work evolved from physical training and energy medicine into years of shamanic practice with Iboga and ayahuasca. He describes ayahuasca as expanding consciousness “up and out,” while Iboga takes consciousness “in and down.” This leads into one of the episode’s central ideas: spiritual development is not about leaving the body, but bringing higher consciousness more fully into it. David resonates with this idea and describes the process as “incension” rather than ascension. 2. The Soul Matrix Christof introduces his model of the larger human soul architecture, describing the soul, oversoul, avatar, and Rishi as different levels of consciousness. He explains that ceremonial work with Iboga led him to explore what he sees as deep energetic anchors within this larger structure and how those anchors may influence an individual’s present experience. 3. The Synthetic Matrix A major portion of the conversation focuses on what Christof calls the “synthetic matrix,” an artificial consciousness system that he believes exists apart from organic Source consciousness. He describes a layered hierarchy involving archonic consciousness, Draconian forces, bloodlines, technological systems, and other mechanisms that influence human civilization. 4. Religion, New Age Teachings, and Spiritual Infiltration Christof argues that control can also occur through spiritual systems. He discusses Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Theosophy, New Age teachings, channeling, ascended masters, and other esoteric traditions. His central distinction is between receiving spiritual information and actually embodying higher consciousness in the physical body. 5. Stargates, Planetary Grids, and Operation Golden Return Christof describes what he believes are twelve planetary Stargates and associated energetic structures located around the world. He discusses recent ceremonial work involving Egypt, Iran, the Golden Eagle Grid, and Operation Golden Return, including a worldwide network of crystals intended to strengthen what he calls the organic or Christic planetary architecture. FINAL THOUGHTS Part 1 of David’s conversation with Christof Melchizedek establishes the foundation for a much larger discussion about consciousness, spirituality, and humanity’s relationship with what Christof describes as organic and synthetic systems. Across plant medicine, ancient spiritual architecture, religion, planetary grids, and the soul matrix, one theme repeatedly returns: information alone is not transformation. For Christof, the deeper spiritual path involves bringing consciousness fully into the body rather than continually seeking experiences outside of it. David closes Part 1 intentionally, giving listeners time to absorb Christof’s extensive framework before the conversation continues in Episode 46, which will be Part 2. Episode 44: Healing Through Frequency with Rogier Zwijsen

BACKGROUND / SUMMARY David Wolfe visits Ars Biomedica in Driebergen, the Netherlands, for a conversation with bioresonance practitioner Rogier Zwijsen. Rogier explains his view that the body is both physical and energetic and describes how bioresonance may be used to identify imbalances and support the body’s self-healing capacity. He also shares his nine-step approach to recovery, beginning with vitality and mitochondrial support before progressing to nutrition, nervous-system balance and, ultimately, detoxification. Throughout the episode, Rogier emphasizes personalized care and the importance of moving slowly with people who are seriously depleted. Rogier Zwijsen has spent more than 40 years exploring complementary medicine. He began searching for more effective approaches to healing after witnessing serious illness within his own family. Moving beyond his training in psychology, Rogier continued his education in homeopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, herbalism, and Ayurveda before discovering bioresonance and opening his clinic. And with his training and clinical experience, he has discovered this truth: healing should be personalized, carefully paced, and focused on rebuilding the body’s capacity to recover. 🥑 EPISODE HIGHLIGHTS 1. Rogier’s Background and Search for Effective Healing Rogier studied psychology at university but felt that it did not offer the kind of healing approach he wanted to pursue. He continued with training in homeopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, herbalism, and Ayurveda. His interest in healing was shaped by his mother’s chronic illness and the loss of his nephew Karel to liver cancer. These experiences strengthened his determination to find approaches that went beyond symptom suppression. As an early adopter of bioresonance technology, Rogier became one of the first practitioners using the technology in the Netherlands. He describes bioresonance as a way of working with the biological and energetic field of the body. In his view, the body contains harmonious and disharmonious patterns that may be detected and influenced. 2. David’s Early Experience with Bioresonance Bioresonance uses an input-and-output process in which information from the body or from specific substances is processed and returned in a different form. David shares an experience from the early 2000s involving mosquitoes in his New York apartment. He placed captured mosquitoes into a bioresonance device, transferred the output into water, and sprayed the water around his home. He describes this experience as an early turning point in his belief that frequency-based technology could produce noticeable effects. David and Rogier discuss the idea that the human body is more than physical matter. They refer to chakras, meridians, the aura, quantum physics, simulation theory, and the view that life operates through energy, vibration, and information. 3. The Origins of Bioresonance Technology Rogier recounts a story about an early healer who received detailed information about bioresonance during a visionary experience. According to the story, the healer wrote down the information and worked with a technically skilled family member to build one of the first devices. A skilled healer may function in a way similar to a bioresonance device, and people may harmonize their own energy and act as channels for healing. Bioresonance machines, however, can provide a more standardized system for many different patients. 4. Rogier’s Meningitis Infection & Near-Death Experience In 2014, Rogier developed acute bacterial meningitis while working at the clinic. He describes collapsing, entering a coma, leaving his body, and experiencing other realms of consciousness. After returning, he felt that his life purpose was to continue developing and sharing his healing work. During the early stages of recovery, his brain function was severely affected, and he initially experienced paralysis and difficulty walking. Rogier used herbs, energy practices, movement, connection with Nature, and what he describes as spiritual guidance during his recovery. He returned to movement and work more quickly than expected and developed an herbal formula intended to support the brain and nervous system. 5. The Self-Healing Capacity Scale Rogier introduces a scale representing different levels of the body’s self-healing capacity. This scale helps estimate how much support a person may need and how slowly treatment should proceed. At the upper end, a person feels vital and responds well to stressors. At lower levels, vague symptoms, chronic illness, severe disease, and immobility may develop. * Step One: Balancing the Five Elements and Restoring Mitochondrial Function * Step Two: Biochemistry and Nutrient Utilization * Step Three: Regeneration: Peptides and Repair Mechanisms * Step Four: Immune Deficiency and Confusion (autoimmunity) * Step Five: Neuro-Body Regulation * The Pituitary-Hypothalamic Block * Step Six: Increase O₂ & Lifeforce Capacity * Qigong and Breathing Exercises * Step Seven: Parasympathetic - Sympathetic Balance * Everyday, Emotional, and Karmic Stress * Step Eight: Nutritional Status * Food Intolerances and Individualized Diets * Vegetarianism and Changing the Diet Gradually * Fasting as Part of Healing * Step Nine: Strong Detoxification — The Big Wash * Electromagnetic Exposure * Radiation Exposure * Heavy Metals and Chemical Exposures * Parasites and Chronic Illness * Fungi, Mold, and Mycotoxins * Bacteria and Viruses * Pharmaceutical and Hormonal Residues * Vaccine-Related Burdens * Strengthening the Liver and Kidneys Rogier discusses Herxheimer-type reactions in which symptoms may temporarily intensify during detoxification. 6. Moving Slowly with The Elements Rogier openly discusses mistakes he made earlier in his career by trying to detoxify very sick patients too quickly. He learned that severely depleted people may become worse if the body is asked to process more than it can manage. Rogier’s daughter, for example, experienced severe neuro-Borreliosis and neurological inflammation. Attempts to address microorganisms directly made her condition worse. So he shifted to supporting the water element, mitochondria, and foundational vitality before progressing further. For extremely weak patients, Rogier may begin only with the water element. Once the person becomes more stable, then he may introduce the earth element and later the fire element. This illustrates how slowly treatment may need to proceed. Lastly, Rogier expects patients to participate actively in the healing process. Treatment cannot replace the individual’s own effort. 7. Traveling to Ars Biomedica The clinic is located in Driebergen, near Utrecht and within reach of Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport. International patients sometimes stay nearby for two to four weeks and complete a concentrated series of treatments. David describes Ars Biomedica as a “Superhero Headquarters” and encourages people to explore facilities like it before becoming seriously ill. He compares the experience to visiting a gym, sauna, or rejuvenation center and presents it as part of an active health routine. FINAL THOUGHTS / KEY TAKEAWAYS Rogier’s approach begins by asking how much strength the body currently has and what it can safely manage. Rather than attacking every suspected problem at once, he focuses first on rebuilding energy, organ function, immunity, and nervous-system balance. The nine-step model includes the five elements, mitochondria, nutrient utilization, peptides, immunity, brain-body communication, oxygenation, nervous-system balance, diet, and detoxification. The conversation also emphasizes that healing is highly individual. The same protocol, food, or pace may not work for everyone, especially when the body is severely depleted. The larger message is that healing is not passive. Treatments may offer support, but the individual must also participate through nutrition, breathing, meditation, rest, and gradual lifestyle change. Episode 43: David Avocado Wolfe & The Lost Science of Sacred Temples

What makes a place feel truly alive? In this fascinating conversation, David Avocado Wolfe welcomes architectural researchers Arturo Ponce de León and Dr. Lydia Gian de León to explore the forgotten science behind ancient temples, sacred geometry, and the energetic relationship between people and place. Together, they examine why civilizations around the world built extraordinary structures that continue to inspire awe thousands of years later—and what modern architecture has lost in the process. Drawing from years of research, travel, and hands-on measurements at sacred sites, the trio discusses how temple design may have supported healing, higher states of consciousness, and harmony with nature. The conversation concludes with practical ways anyone can create a healthier, more vibrant living environment using natural materials, sacred geometry, and simple lifestyle changes. Episode Highlights * David welcomes architectural researchers Arturo Ponce de León and Dr. Lydia Gian de León, longtime friends and travel companions who specialize in sacred architecture, sacred geometry, and ancient temple design. * The conversation explores why nearly every ancient civilization built monumental temples with extraordinary precision, suggesting these structures served practical energetic and spiritual functions beyond religion or ceremony. * Arturo explains how modern life has become increasingly disconnected from nature through “box architecture,” synthetic materials, and environments that lack the fractal patterns found throughout the natural world. * Lydia introduces the idea of temples as “spiritual technology,” describing research suggesting ancient builders intentionally selected locations with unique geological characteristics, underground water, and electromagnetic properties. * The guests compare sacred sites from Egypt, Greece, Mexico, India, Cambodia, Peru, and Europe, highlighting common architectural principles despite vast cultural differences. * Sacred geometry takes center stage as the trio discusses how proportions, repeating patterns, and harmonic design may influence electromagnetic fields and create environments that support wellbeing. * David reflects on his own travels to sacred sites around the world, sharing how those experiences have influenced the design of his own home and strengthened his appreciation for natural materials, beauty, and intentional living. * The discussion explores Gothic cathedrals, the work of Antoni Gaudí, and Damanhur in Italy as examples of more recent attempts to preserve elements of ancient temple wisdom. * Arturo and Lydia outline four proposed functions of ancient temples: facilitating altered states of consciousness, supporting healing, encouraging seed vitality, and generating or concentrating energy. * The conversation concludes with practical advice for improving everyday living spaces, including reducing electromagnetic exposure, using full-spectrum lighting, incorporating plants, embracing natural building materials, introducing sacred geometry into the home, and creating a dedicated meditation space. Final Thoughts / Key Takeaways Our ancestors may have understood something about the relationship between people and place that modern society has largely forgotten. Throughout this conversation, David, Arturo, and Lydia invite listeners to look beyond architecture as mere construction and consider the possibility that buildings can either support or diminish human vitality. Whether discussing pyramids, Gothic cathedrals, or modern living spaces, the recurring message is that beauty, natural materials, harmony, and intentional design matter—not only aesthetically, but biologically and spiritually. While few people will ever build a sacred temple, everyone can begin transforming the spaces they inhabit. By reconnecting with Nature, reducing unnecessary technological stressors, surrounding ourselves with living systems, and creating places dedicated to reflection and renewal, we may rediscover some of the timeless principles that helped ancient civilizations create environments designed not simply to shelter life—but to elevate it.
