The Entrepreneurial Operating System with Dustin Cordier | Episode 99

In this episode, Lindsay Dyer talks with Dustin Cordier, an EOS implementer that helps leadership teams become aligned on vision, traction and health. What makes a smart and healthy business? What are common pitfalls of entrepreneurs? When it comes to gaining freedom, that means building a leadership team and delegating tasks. Dustin also details his work as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. This episode is a must watch for entrepreneurs!More With Dustin CordierThere's a price for building something special. It's the grind. But what if the grind feels like all squeeze, no juice?Entrepreneurship is filled with ignorance and suffering. I know. I've been there. There is a way out. It doesn't require selling, and it doesn't require working harder. It requires building a company that can run without you in every conversation. The best cure I've found is EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System. As an EOS Implementer, I help leadership teams get aligned on vision, disciplined about execution, and healthy enough to run together. We start with a conversation. From there we build a plan.On the other side, you work with people you love doing what you love, make your dent in the universe, get compensated accordingly, and have time for other passions. You live with intention. The skills that built your business are not the same ones that will free you from it.
