Bonus Episode: Imposter Syndrome, Small Wins & Healing That Sticks: Tools for Anxiety, Depression & Launching Big

Send us a text SOLO Episode – Filmed in October 2025 during our BETA launch. Getting ready for the January 2026 college tour! Start here if you need proof that you’re not alone. Bettina takes us from “3-2-1 get out of bed” mornings to prepping a nationwide app launch, unpacking the messy middle where imposter syndrome, anxiety, and comparison culture try to call the shots. The stories are raw, the tools are practical, and the goal is simple: help that actually helps. We dig into how naming emotions shrinks their power, why a “receipts folder” becomes your antidote to self-doubt, and how to separate facts from feelings when your brain spirals. Bettina talks about the moment she shifted from victim consciousness to agency, the role of a soul coach who challenged her beliefs, and the unexpected comfort of inner child work when the stakes feel high. If you’re starting college, stepping into a new role, or shipping something big, you’ll hear guidance for navigating social anxiety, friendship audits, and the online highlight reel without losing yourself. Along the way, we share sensory-based panic kits, micro-celebrations that build momentum, and a reminder that you’ve survived every day so far—and that’s evidence. We also announce the Fortify Wellness App, a 360 platform for talk therapy, coaching, fitness, and meditation in one subscription, built for the version of you that’s finally ready to try. Ready to feel supported, not overwhelmed? Press play, build your receipts folder, and tell us one win you’re claiming today.
