I’m turning 40 this month and it has made me ask myself some really uncomfortable questions about my ideas, my business, what I’m building next, and why the f**k I still get stuck when I already know what to do. The truth is, I don’t have an idea problem. I don’t have an information problem. I don’t even have a strategy problem. I have an execution problem. In this solo episode, we’re gardening and talking about how many potentially life changing ideas never actually fail because we never give them the opportunity to f*****g work.
