U.S. Central Command is investigating, according to a U.S. official, who said the military had been conducting strikes in the vicinity. NBC News international editor Babak Dehghanpisheh breaks down why the U.S. military may have targeted Kuhestak and what the recent exchanges of fire reveal about the current stage of the war.
