    What do all great relationships have in common? Trust. And what trait is consistently found in healthy, lasting relationships? Being trustworthy.Trust has layers and dimensions.     Making An Eternal Difference | Reordering Your Life

    What if the ultimate purpose of your life is not simply to accumulate more—but to make a difference that lasts forever?In Week 4 of Reordering Your Life, we look at our money, resources, opportunities, and influence through the lens of eternity. Scripture reminds us that every person will one day give an account to God—not only for what we believed, but for what we did with what He entrusted to us.Romans 14:10–12 reminds us that each of us will stand before God and give an account of our lives. Hebrews 9:27 tells us that we will face judgment. Ultimately, there are two questions worth considering:“What did you do with My Son, Jesus?”“What did you do with what I gave you?”The foundation of our lives is Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 3:11–15 teaches that everything we build on that foundation will ultimately be revealed for what it truly is. God's love moves us toward compassion and generosity.Scripture repeatedly describes the riches of God's glory, wisdom, goodness, and grace. As we experience God's generosity toward us, we are called to extend that generosity to others.3.     Finding Joy In Giving Back | Reordering Your Life

    What does it mean to experience true financial freedom? And how does generosity fit into God’s plan for our finances? In Week 3 of Reordering Your Life, we explore the principle, practical impact, and personal nature of giving. God’s desire is not simply for us to manage money better, but to experience the joy and peace that come from living according to His plan. Financial freedom begins when we settle an important question: Who actually owns everything we have? The Bible teaches that God is our Creator, the Owner of all things, and our Provider. Genesis 1:1 reminds us that God created the heavens and the earth, while Psalm 24:1 declares that the earth and everything in it belong to the Lord. When we understand that our resources ultimately belong to God, generosity becomes more than a financial obligation. It becomes an act of worship, trust, alignment, and participation in God’s mission. Throughout Scripture, God established systems of worship, sacrifice, and generosity that helped His people honor Him and care for others. The Old Testament sacrificial system pointed toward Jesus, the perfect Lamb whose sacrifice brings redemption through grace. As followers of Jesus, we are saved by grace through faith—not by giving money or earning God’s favor. Ephesians 2:8–10 reminds us that salvation is a gift from God and that we were created in Christ to do the good things He prepared for us. Giving does not purchase salvation. Instead, generosity can become a response to God’s grace and a way to reflect His character. 1. Giving helps us stay in alignment with God. God is our Creator, Owner, Provider, and Sustainer. Generosity reminds us that our resources are not ultimately ours to control but opportunities to steward faithfully. 2. Jesus addressed the importance of tithing. In Matthew 23:23, Jesus challenged the religious leaders for focusing on outward religious practices while neglecting justice, mercy, and faithfulness. He affirmed the importance of tithing while emphasizing that generosity must be accompanied by a life shaped by God’s heart. 3. Giving creates an opportunity to trust God. Malachi 3:8–12 connects generosity with honoring God and trusting His provision. This passage should not be treated as a guarantee of personal wealth, but it challenges us to examine whether we trust God with our resources. 4. Giving helps fuel the mission of the Church. Through generosity, the Church can care for people in need, serve communities, share the gospel, and participate in changed lives. According to 2 Corinthians 9:10–11, God supplies resources so that generosity can grow and produce thanksgiving to Him. When you honor the Lord through tithes and offerings, you help fuel the movement of changed lives. Generosity is not simply about what leaves our hands.     Leaving A Margin Where It Matters Most | Reordering Your Life

    How we think about and interact with money impacts every area of our lives—**emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.** But financial health rarely happens by accident. It grows through intentional planning, consistent practices, and wise stewardship.In Week 2 of **Reordering Your Life**, we look at what it means to move from impulsive living to intentional planning and build financial rhythms that lead toward greater freedom, generosity, and peace.Jesus challenges us in Luke 14:28–30 to **count the cost** before beginning construction. In the same way, we need to understand our financial reality, make a plan, and have the discipline to follow through.NTENTIONAL PLANNING OVER IMPULSIVE LIVINGProverbs 21:5 reminds us that good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, while hasty shortcuts lead to poverty.Financial progress begins with knowing where you actually stand.Write down your financial reality. Make a plan. Know where your money is going.Proverbs 27:23–24 challenges us to know the state of what we have and care for it wisely. What we don't measure, understand, and intentionally manage can easily get away from us.PROGRESS HAPPENS THROUGH RHYTHMSGoals are important, but goals alone don't create lasting change.Goals → Daily Practices → Weekly/Monthly Rhythms → Habits → Long-Term ResultsHebrews 10:24–25 reminds us of the importance of encouragement and consistency. Proverbs 13:11 says that wealth built through quick schemes disappears, while wealth from hard work grows over time.The same principle applies to our finances: small, consistent decisions compound over time.Galatians 6:7–10 reminds us that we reap what we sow. What we consistently plant with our money, time, attention, and choices will eventually produce a harvest.3 FINANCIAL TRAITS TO LEAN INTO1. Express Gratitude and Praise**Everything we have ultimately comes from God. Deuteronomy 8:17–18 reminds us not to believe that our own strength alone produced our wealth. James 1:16–17 reminds us that every good and perfect gift comes from above.Gratitude changes how we view what we have.2. Value Preparation**Wise people prepare for what is ahead. Proverbs 21:20 speaks about the wisdom of storing rather than consuming everything immediately, while Proverbs 22:3 reminds us that a prudent person sees danger and takes precautions.Preparation isn't fear. **Preparation is wisdom.3. Understand That Margin Is Your Friend**When every dollar is already committed, there is no room to respond to unexpected expenses, opportunities, generosity, or the needs of others.Building margin creates flexibility and freedom.A 10/10/80 financial framework can be a great starting point for building a financial plan: give 10%, save 10%, and live on 80%.Ultimately, financial stewardship isn't about trusting in money.     Breaking The Cycle Of Continuous Consumption | Reordering Your Life

    What if the secret to financial peace isn’t making more money—but learning to be content with what God has already given you? Money is one of the biggest sources of tension in relationships. Yet Scripture gives us a radically different way to think about wealth, possessions, comparison, and purpose. Instead of allowing our lives to be ordered around getting more, God invites us to reorder our lives around Him, our purpose, and what truly matters. In this message, we explore what it means to develop biblical contentment and discover why a life centered on consumption will never be satisfied. Paul writes in 1 Timothy 6:6, “Yet true godliness with contentment is itself great wealth.” Jesus also warns us in Luke 12:15: “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” 1. Contentment is learned, not natural. Contentment doesn't happen automatically. It has to be developed daily. Paul says in Philippians 4 that he learned how to be content whether he had plenty or was in need. Our circumstances don't have to determine our peace. Through Christ, we can learn to live with gratitude, trust, and contentment in every season. 2. Contentment and comparison cannot coexist. Comparison constantly tells us that what we have isn't enough. Ecclesiastes 4:4 says that much of our striving comes from envy of our neighbors. The world tells us to look around and ask, “Do I have as much as them?” God invites us to look to Him and ask, “Am I living faithfully with what He has given me?” You cannot build a life of contentment while constantly measuring your life against someone else's. 3. Contentment needs a vision and purpose bigger than consumption. The goal isn't simply to spend less. It's to live for something greater. Ask yourself: “I will consume less so I can ______ more.” More generosity? More time with your family? More opportunities to serve? More margin? More generosity toward people in need? More investment in God's Kingdom? 1 Timothy 6 reminds us that money isn't the problem—what we place our trust in is. Rather than putting our confidence in unreliable wealth, we're called to trust God, do good, be generous, and share with others. God doesn't simply want to change how we spend our money.     How Do I Tell My Friends About Jesus | 30 Days To Greater Faith

    What if greater faith isn't just about growing closer to Jesus—but going where He sends us?**In *Week 4 of 30 Days to Greater Faith, we discover what it means to move from simply **gathering as the Church to going as the Church**.After Jesus transformed the demon-possessed man in Mark 5, the man wanted to follow Jesus physically.
