Ellen and Sophie clearly share a deep friendship, which contributes to the wonderful dynamic that flows through every episode. Their courageous approach to awkward topics invites listeners in, inspires possibility, and lights up hope for keeping a healthy sex life going.

I spend the majority of my time listening to political and business podcasts so Filthy Milfs is my guilty pleasure! Sophie and Ellen have no shame in their game and are incredibly funny, authentic and vulnerable all at the same time. The best part of getting older is worrying less and less about what others think and being open to new perspectives in the process. This pod is both highly entertaining and informative. I definitely recommend giving it a try. You won't regret it!

I love this new pod! It’s a perfect blend of hilarity and education wrapped up in a warm blanket with a steaming mug of tea. It’s a girls night out and a cathartic cry on the sofa with a good friend and a half empty bottle of wine. It’s soul food. These ladies share their souls and say everything we all want to say.

So entertaining and eye opening. We need more shows with this kind of honesty and vulnerability. I am grateful to Ellen and Sophie for their courage and introspection. This is cutting edge. Love it.
