    Feel it, Don’t Feed it

    Emotions are meant to move through you, not take up residence. Feeling is healthy, feeding is what keeps you stuck. You can feel the sadness, the anger the hurt - without replaying the story, without reattaching to it. Because the moment you start looping it, retelling it, living it, your not just feeling it anymore - your feeding it. Your past is valid, your pain was real, but you don’t have to keep revisiting it to prove that.
