It’s time to stop hitting the snooze button on your faith and start living fully awakened to a deeper walk with God —one that brings peace, healing, and clarity—even in the middle of strained relationships. The Praying Moms of Estranged Children podcast has a simple mission: to help you grow your faith by trusting God with your broken relationships. Inside this podcast, you’ll learn how to: Awaken to the power of prayer so you have strength as you face life’s hardest moments with strength Trust God with your prodigal or estranged adult children—even when answers feel delayed Heal from past wounds by understanding your identity in Christ and standing on God’s promises Hi, I’m Sarah Wall– mom of two adult kids, a Jesus-loving wife, and a woman who knows what it feels like to have her faith shaken to the core. For years, the cares of life kept my faith on the back burner…until some wake-up calls jolted me out of my spiritual slumber! Between the end of my first marriage, the loss of close friendships, seasons of estrangement from my children, and a difficult career transition, I felt disillusioned and defeated. These trials were bigger than anything I had faced before—and too heavy to carry alone. I questioned why God was allowing this to happen, worried instead of prayed, and felt heartbroken. I wanted to trust God, but I didn’t know how to pray through the pain. I tried fixing everything on my own…and then I cried and crashed and broke.  That’s when the Holy Spirit gently woke me up. I realized that I didn’t know how to pray effectively for myself —or for my adult children. As I quieted the noise and made space to listen, God began healing my heart from the inside out. I discovered I was in a spiritual battle–and God’s promises became the anchor my faith desperately needed.  Learning to trust God with my strained relationships wasn’t easy, but it transformed me. The Lord opened my eyes, and I traded my pajamas for spiritual armor. As it dawned on me that faith was the only way through my struggles, I learned how to pray, to trust God’s timing, and to rest in His peace—even when circumstances didn’t change. This new way of living ignited my spiritual growth and snoozed the noise so I could tune into God’s presence consistently. What I learned changed my life, and now I’m here to walk with you. I can’t promise that God will restore every relationship. But I know this: You are not meant to live stuck in worry or heartbreak. As you pray for your prodigals and trust God with your estranged relationships, He will restore your hope, strengthen your faith, and bring peace to your heart. This show delivers faith-filled teaching and practical takeaways to help you awaken your faith in Jesus, move from worry to trusting God, and from brokenness to healing. Wake up to the peace and wholeness you’ve been longing for. Jump out of bed, turn off your alarm clock, and make yourself a strong latte. It’s time to let the Son shine in your life!
