Two Dan Sullivans, $87,000, and the Democrats' Criminal Plan

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! Two Dan Sullivans on the Alaska Senate ballot — and the New York Times says it was no accident. Rich Zeoli breaks down the reporting on a Democratic operative who used code names and aliases to recruit a retired schoolteacher named Dan Sullivan to run against Senator Dan Sullivan: the text that read "Find me as many Dan Sullivan's as you can," the operative reportedly paid $87,000, and the coordination with Mary Peltola's campaign and the Senate Democrats' campaign committee that twelve interviews, documents and text messages allegedly reveal. The governor of Alaska has now ordered a criminal investigation. Did Democrats lie in court, under oath — and could perjury charges follow? Mary Peltola once said deceiving voters should be a criminal offense. Rich plays what she said then against what her campaign says now. President Trump called it voter fraud at the highest level and said Peltola and the "fake Dan Sullivan" should be taken off the ballot and prosecuted. Rich also takes apart the CNN and CBS segments carrying water for it, including text messages that mocked Alaska voters as "rubes." Then: the cop who actually stopped the Butler shooter. Sergeant Aaron Zalopony fired the ninth shot that stunned Thomas Crooks. Rich explains why the FBI and Secret Service never wanted to give him credit for it, what a bipartisan congressional report found, and why the NRA named him its 2025 Officer of the Year. Also on today's show: Hillary Clinton wants Trump investigated, Abdul El-Sayed's reparations push and the dual-citizenship questions he keeps stepping on, Ted Cruz on the Democrats' socialist turn, why Rich says AOC will be the 2028 Democratic nominee if El-Sayed wins, the Bolsonaro family's escape to Miami with help from Trump's inner circle and Argentina's president, and Obama at the Cheesecake Factory. Plus a preview of today's Brian Kilmeade interview and book signing. Texas Is a Dead Heat and El-Sayed Wants to Gut the Bill of Rights

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! Is Texas really in play? A new Fox News poll has Ken Paxton and James Talarico tied at 49% in the Texas Senate race, and CNN's Scott Jennings says Texas worries him. Rich Zeoli disagrees: Texas stays red. One week before the 2026 midterms, Rich breaks down the Senate map (Texas, Maine, Alaska, Kansas and North Carolina), why Brian Fitzpatrick's Pennsylvania seat could decide the House, and what's at stake if Democratic Socialists of America candidates win. Also today: Abdul El-Sayed's "muskets" take on the Second Amendment and his 2012 letter backing Mohamed Morsi. Rich walks through D.C. v. Heller and explains why the Bill of Rights covers modern technology. Plus Hasan Piker and Ilhan Omar calling Republicans "terrorists," the Gavin Newsom hidden-camera video, Angie Nixon dodging the capitalism question, President Trump's trip to Texas, the Iran war and gas prices, new Havana Syndrome reporting, the "blue wave" skepticism piece, Bruce Blakeman's viral ad against Kathy Hochul, and Christmas creep in October. Troy Jackson Is Weird, Fake Polls in Texas, and Sen. Dave McCormick Joins

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! With the midterms just days away, Rich Zeoli breaks down the final stretch of the 2026 campaign. Even MSNBC's Katy Tur now doubts the Texas polls. Rich plays his favorite ad of the cycle, "Troy Jackson Is Weird," from the Maine Senate race against Susan Collins. He also explains why he thinks the Vivek Ramaswamy ad in Ohio could backfire. Elizabeth Warren bristles when CNN's Kaitlan Collins asks about Michael Bloomberg's $80 million for Democrats and the billionaire donations to Troy Jackson's campaign. AOC campaigns in Maine and lines up her path to 2028. In Texas, James Talarico gets a softball interview on MSNBC and closes with an attack on billionaires that sounds a lot like Bernie Sanders. Rich draws on his years running campaigns to argue that Talarico's last pitch shows he knows he's losing and is setting himself up for 2028. He also looks at Abdul El-Sayed's race in Michigan and what early voting really tells us, since Republicans still turn out on Election Day. Plus: Two former FBI officials are charged with lying to Congress about the Hunter Biden laptop investigationA New York Post report and new DOJ filings raise more questions about Ilhan Omar's name and family history. Jonathan Turley explains what could put her seat at riskTan Mom says ICE stopped her for being "too tan"Senator Dave McCormick of Pennsylvania joins Rich to talk about the midterm closing argument, energy and gas prices, cutting red tape for small businesses, why Medicare for All would hurt hospitals, and when drivers might get relief at the pump as oil moves through the Strait of Hormuz again.
