It was this defining moment that sent me on a trajectory to become a better human.    In this episode we cover: The moment she realised she didn't want to be friends with me and decided it was time to call me out on my behaviour. I discuss the impact that this had on me and how it forced me to self reflect on how I had been treating her and other women. We explore her diagnosis of breast cancer and the treatment that followed. We also chat about how it returned and how she chose to have a hysterectomy. Amy opens up about the difficulty in choosing to have a double mastectomy and hysterectomy and how this affected her deeply. We talk about her career as a teacher and why she thinks so many teachers are quitting the profession. We touch on her desire to explore art therapy as a job in the future and she also goes into how she is grateful to have found her voice again and this stage in her mid 40s. Resources and links mentioned in this episode: Instagram: @officiallyemmayoungEmma the Celebrant
