What I learned in that season changed how I hold uncertainty completely: when the future looks blank, it's not because you're lost. It's because nothing is written yet, and that makes it the most powerful, malleable time there is. If you're in the space between chapters right now, if you left something that wasn't serving you and you can't see what's coming yet, this is the one for you !! In this episode: How to ask for clarity instead of forcing a decision before you're readyThe visualization that shows you what you actually want — not what your family or social media wants for youWhy the fulfillment of a desire comes before the desire itself"Let it be this or something better" — surrendering the how without letting go of the whatHow to wring every lesson out of a chapter so you never have to repeat itWhy what feels like punishment is often the exact preparation you neededCan't wait to hear your thoughts! The Truth About “Having It All” (And Why Most People Get It Wrong) with Loren Brill Castle

This episode is for the woman who wants a full life and refuses to believe she has to choose between success, love, family, and herself. I’m sitting down with Loren Brill Castle, CEO & founder of Sweet Loren’s, a $100M+ company that started in her kitchen after being diagnosed with cancer at 22. But this conversation isn’t just about building a business. It’s about what happens after survival mode. After you build the thing. After you realize that success alone isn’t enough. Loren is one of the few people I know who has built something massive and still created a life that feels full in every category She has a full life, a real relationship, a loving family and a career that keeps growing. She refuses to believe you can’t have all of it.  We talk about the turning point where she stopped accepting burnout as the cost of success and started building a life that worked for her… not just her career. We talk about delegation, identity, relationships, and the mindset shift that allowed her to believe she could have all of it at the same time. This episode is about expanding what you think is possible for your life. In this episode, we cover: Why “you can’t have it all” is a belief you don’t have to accept The moment her cancer diagnosis shifted everything How she built a business without losing herself in it What it actually looks like to delegate and create space The importance of intentionally filling every area of your life How to build a strong, connected relationship alongside a career The mindset behind abundance and long-term growth Turning pain into your biggest advantageIf you’ve been living in survival mode…If you’ve been prioritizing one area of your life at the expense of everything else… If you’ve been told you have to choose…This will shift the way you see what’s possible. From Pain to Power: Rebuilding Your Life From Scratch with Sarah Shahi

This episode is for the woman who has built a life that looks right on paper… but doesn’t fully feel like hers. I’m sitting down with Sarah Shahi, actress, author, and someone who has lived through massive transitions publicly and privately. You probably know her from Sex/Life. But this conversation goes far beyond that. This is about identity and questioning everything. About what happens when you realize the life you built isn’t actually aligned anymore. Sarah shares what it looked like to go through divorce, raise three kids, and completely rebuild her life from the ground up… while navigating grief, pressure, and the expectations placed on women to “have it all together.” We talk about the moments where everything feels uncertain. Where you don’t know who you are anymore. Where you feel like you’ve lost yourself… and have to find your way back. This episode is raw, honest, and deeply human. It’s about the messy middle. The in-between. The space where nothing is fully clear yet… but everything is changing. In this episode, we cover: Questioning the life you thought you wanted The truth about motherhood, identity, and pressure What it actually feels like to start over Leaving relationships and situations that aren’t alignedHow to rebuild your sense of self Why you don’t need to have everything figured outTurning pain into growth and clarity Learning to trust yourself againIf you’ve been feeling stuck… If you’ve been questioning your life, your relationship, or your identity… If you know there’s more for you but don’t know what comes next… Can’t wait to hear your thoughts! xx Hannah Find Hannah on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/itshannaheve/  Find Love On Your Highest Timeline here: https://www.showmehowgood.com/love CODE: howgood20 Find Sarah on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/sarahshahi/    01:19 Meet Sarah Shahi 02:37 Divorce and Identity Shift 06:45 Book Wisdom and Messy Middle 08:00 Single Life and Attraction 11:38 Dad Trauma Story 17:12 Healing Through Nature 20:38 Follow Your Happy 25:13 Gratitude and Presence 30:12 No Phone and Sabbath Reset 38:46 Spiritual Roots and Wayne Dyer 44:40 Upper Limits And Manifesting4 5:57 Healing Dad Through Spirit 52:10 Forgiveness And Boundaries 55:18 Rewiring Triggers In Real Time 58:55 Dating Clarity Over Games 01:04:14 Self Forgiveness And Growth 01:08:28 Choose Yourself 01:10:14 Simple Joys And Wrap Up

I’m sitting down with Alexa Losey. She’s been on the internet for over 16 years, built a massive platform, hit a million subscribers, filmed TV shows, and lived the version of life so many people think they want. And still… something felt off. This episode is about what happens after you “get everything.” The success, the validation, the attention… and then realizing it’s not actually what you want. Your Chart Is Not Your Ceiling - How to Actually Use Astrology and Numerology Without Letting It Box You In with Kaitlyn Kaerhart

This episode is for the woman who's either completely cynical about astrology and numerology or the woman who's been using it but letting it run her life instead of empowering it. I sat down with my friend Kaitlyn Kaerhart - numerologist, astrologer, and bestselling author of You Are Cosmic Code. She first studied numerology under an Indian mystic, then spent years training with shamans and healers across traditions - astrology, tarot, sound healing, reiki, breathwork, hypnotherapy. She's worked with Chanel and Chateau Marmont, been featured on Goop and MINDBODY Green, and has one of the most practical, no-b******t approaches to mystical tools that I've ever come across. Here's the thing, I’m a natural born cynic. And Kaitlyn was too. So this is not a woo woo conversation. This is two women who had to be dragged into believing any of this, breaking down how to actually use astrology and numerology as tools to understand yourself, anticipate what's coming, and get ahead of it. We go through my chart live, we talk about my Saturn return (which is apparently one of the hardest placements you can have… great), and we get into why knowing your chart should make you feel more powerful, not more trapped. We also talk about something that I think is massively under-discussed: you can rise above your chart. Your soul chose these lessons, but by the end of your life, you shouldn't even be recognizable by them. That's the whole point. Inside this episode: What your life path number is, how to calculate it, and why AI is getting it wrong Mercury retrograde, what it actually is and how to use it instead of fear it Saturn return explained: what it means, when it peaks, and how to proactively get ahead of it Why your brain confuses chemistry with chaos (and how your chart reveals the difference) The fifth house vs. the seventh house - who you fall in love with vs. who you can build a life with Astrology as a weather forecast: how knowing what's coming makes hard seasons feel less personal Why your chart is not your ceiling - and how doing the inner work lets you rise above anything anyone tells you If you've been using astrology and numerology to box yourself in instead of break yourself open... this conversation is your permission slip to use these tools differently.
