De fedtopløselige vitaminer (A, D, E, K) lagres, og mineraler kan konkurrere med hinanden – mere er ikke automatisk bedre Når vi leder det forkerte sted – magnesium, når det måske var søvn; en multivitamin, når det måske var kosten – og hvorfor en blodprøve slår en hjemmetest Pointen er ikke at smide alle dine vitaminpiller ud. Kosttilskud kan være helt nødvendige – for dem, der har brug for dem. Men de store gevinster ligger stadig de samme kedelige steder: kost, motion, søvn og relationer.
