Your Voice Is the Asset: Stop Waiting to Be Ready

What if the very thing that could change your business, open doors, create opportunities, and impact someone’s life is the one thing you’ve been holding back? Your voice. In this solo episode of Called To Be Seen™, Jordan Lynae is getting personal about something she believes every woman in business needs to understand: Your voice isn’t just how you communicate. It’s one of the most valuable assets you can build. After years of building businesses, navigating unexpected seasons, reinventing herself, and stepping into rooms where she didn’t always feel like she belonged, Jordan has discovered that some of her greatest opportunities didn’t come from another marketing strategy, certification, or perfectly designed funnel. They came from conversations. From sharing her story. From being willing to speak before she felt completely ready. Yet so many brilliant women are sitting on years of experience, knowledge, wisdom, and powerful stories while questioning whether they’re qualified enough, confident enough, or even worthy of being heard. In this episode, we’re talking about what happens when you stop hiding behind preparation and start recognizing the value of what you already carry. Inside this conversation: Why visibility doesn’t automatically create recognition or meaningful connections How your experiences, challenges, and lessons become valuable parts of your message The identity shifts that happen when you begin putting yourself out into the world Why another certification or strategy isn’t always the answer How conversations can open doors to podcast invitations, speaking opportunities, collaborations, and clients Why you don’t need to become a polished media personality to make an impact Three powerful questions to clarify your message and begin becoming known for something meaningful Jordan also shares the deeper vision behind Called To Speak™, her program designed to turn your knowledge, experiences, and message into opportunities through podcasting, speaking, and intentional visibility. Because a post might get you seen for a day. But a conversation can get you remembered. Three questions to take with you What have you experienced, learned, or overcome that could be valuable to someone else? What do you want to be known for? What’s one action you can take right now to begin using your voice? You don’t need another year of preparing to become the woman you’re called to be. You can begin today. Your story matters. Your voice matters. And you were always meant to be seen. 16 | The Born Leader: Trust Yourself & Create the Life You Want | Jess Snyder

What if you’re grateful for the life you have—and still want something different? For 10 years, Jess Snyder worked as a labor and delivery nurse, following a path she believed would bring fulfillment. After the premature birth of her son and a series of life-changing experiences, she began questioning what she wanted her future to look like. In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I sit down with Jess, founder of Born Leader, to talk about leaving a familiar career, building a coaching business, and raising three young boys while navigating the uncertainty of change. Jess shares the decisions, doubts, and everyday practices behind that transition—and what leading herself looks like when she doesn’t have every answer. Together, we explore: • Recognizing when a career that looks right on paper no longer fits.
• Making a decision before you feel completely ready.
• Bringing the experience you already have into a new direction.
• Jess’s perspective on identity, manifestation, and taking action.
• Noticing old thought patterns before they shape your next choice.
• Allowing yourself to want more without dismissing what you already value. One phrase Jess returns to when familiar doubts arise: “I don’t do that anymore.” She shares how she uses those words to interrupt an old pattern and choose how she wants to respond. If you’re considering a career change, building a business, or wondering where your own ambitions fit alongside motherhood, this conversation offers an honest look at choosing a new direction while life keeps happening. What would you give yourself permission to explore if wanting more didn’t require feeling guilty? CONNECT WITH JESS SNYDER Instagram:

15 | You Built the Dream. Why Does What’s Next Feel So Scary? | Slesh Teray

You’ve built something you once prayed for. So why does your next chapter bring back the same doubts you had at the beginning? In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I sit down with Slesh Teray, founder of Beauty Slesh, for an honest conversation about ambition, reinvention, and taking action when confidence hasn’t caught up with your vision. Slesh shares her journey from earning $850 a month and living in a tiny apartment to building an international beauty education business—and the uncertainty she still experiences as she moves into new work. As she expands from teaching permanent makeup techniques into mentoring women in marketing, sales, and business systems, familiar questions return: Will this work? Am I making the right decision? What if I can’t see what’s next? Together, we explore: • Moving forward before you have evidence that your idea will work.
• How waiting for perfection can delay the experience you need.
• The daily habits and visualization practices Slesh used while building her business.
• Why technical talent and business skills both deserve attention.
• Navigating a new direction after becoming known for something else.
• Making room for doubt without letting it make every decision. Slesh speaks openly about continuing to believe while crying, questioning herself, and wondering how things will unfold. Her story gives us room to talk about the parts of entrepreneurship that a polished success story can leave out. If you’re building your first business or wondering whether you’re allowed to change the one you’ve already built, this conversation is for you. You’ve learned how to keep going. But how often do you stop to ask how you’re actually feeling? 12 | Who Are You Beyond Being Needed? Motherhood & Identity | Jazmin of The Human Drive

You know what everyone needs from you. But when was the last time you asked yourself what you want? In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I sit down with Jazmin, host of The Human Drive, for an honest conversation about motherhood, identity, starting over, and making decisions without letting fear of judgment lead. After leaving home at 16, Jazmin began building a life from the ground up. She became a mother, entrepreneur, and community leader. Along the way, seasons of change pushed her to ask a question many women quietly carry: Who am I underneath all the roles I fill? Together, we explore: • Making room for yourself alongside motherhood and responsibility.
• The courage to begin again at any age.
• Recognizing when other people’s opinions are shaping your choices.
• Reconnecting with what you enjoy through simple, everyday moments.
• Giving your own needs and desires a place in the life you’re building. If you’ve become so focused on being dependable that you struggle to name what lights you up, this conversation is an invitation to get curious again. 11 | Who Are You Beyond Survival? Identity, Faith & Surrender | Jen Horling

What if something you’ve always called “just who I am” began as a way to protect yourself? In this episode of Called to Be Seen, I sit down with Jen Horling, founder of The Overcomers Movement, to explore the beliefs we carry through grief, the roles we learn to play, and the possibility of discovering ourselves beyond them. After losing her father to suicide during her first week of college, Jen faced painful questions about identity and belonging. She shares how faith, quiet time with God, mentorship, and community helped her begin understanding herself differently. At the heart of her story is a conviction that shapes her work: Identity before destiny. Together, we explore: • What Jen calls a “survival code”—and how she began recognizing it in her own life.
• Questioning familiar patterns without judging the version of you that needed them.
• The tension between trying to control your future and practicing surrender.
• Creating space to hear God amid expectations and outside opinions.
• How being believed in can help you become willing to be seen.
• Finding meaning in chapters you once wished you could erase. If you’ve been asking who you are beyond what you’ve been through, this conversation offers room to explore that question with honesty and faith. What beliefs about yourself are you ready to look at again? Content note: This conversation includes discussion of suicide loss and grief. 10 | You’re Allowed to Outgrow the Life That Once Made Sense | Tina LeAnn

What happens when you’re good at holding your life together—but no longer feel at home in it? Tina LeAnn knew how to be capable. A successful career in engineering and product design. A 21-year marriage. A reputation for handling whatever came her way. In this episode of Called to Be Seen, Tina joins me to share what happened when she began questioning how much of that identity came from what she wanted—and how much came from learning to need very little. Growing up around addiction and inconsistency, Tina learned to stay quiet and avoid making waves. She calls it her “invisibility wound.” In adulthood, she recognized that pattern in people-pleasing, over-functioning, and becoming whoever she needed to be to belong. After her marriage ended, she entered a season of grief and reinvention. She bought the 1971 muscle car she’d wanted since she was 16 and spent a year on the road. Then the radio broke. Thousands of miles. Windows down. The sound of the engine. And a phrase she kept returning to: Let go. Tina, founder of The Sovereign Soul and creator of Recode Your System™, shares how that journey became a practice in surrender and listening to herself. Together, we explore: • The hidden cost of always being “the capable one.”
• Recognizing when familiar patterns no longer serve you.
• What happens in relationships when you begin honoring your own needs.
• Making space for grief while allowing yourself to change.
• Taking an uncomfortable next step without having every answer. If you’re questioning a relationship, a role, or a version of success you once wanted, this conversation gives you room to consider what fits you now. You can appreciate what a chapter gave you and still choose to turn the page. CONNECT WITH TINA LEANN The Sovereign Soul
