Episode 21: New Earth & 5D Ascension: Are We Shifting Timelines?

What is New Earth, and are we really moving towards a 5D reality? In this episode of Connections from Beyond: Conversations Across Realms, Catherine Crestani and John Nap explore the idea of New Earth, the possibility of shifting timelines, and what humanity’s future could look like as consciousness evolves. Is New Earth a completely different planet, a dimensional shift, or a change in how we experience and interact with the world around us? Together, we unpack the difference between a sudden ascension event and a gradual collective transformation — one shaped by our choices, beliefs, awareness and willingness to grow. We explore: ✨ What New Earth and 5D ascension could mean for humanity✨ Timeline shifts, parallel realities and the evolution of consciousness✨ Why raising your frequency starts with how you choose to live✨ Emotional triggers, discernment and learning to release judgement✨ Protecting your energy without absorbing everyone else's emotions✨ What a future New Earth might look like, from food abundance and community living to new approaches to education✨ The possibility of greater openness to galactic civilisations and interstellar connections✨ How to prepare for change without getting caught up in fear, predictions or spiritual superiority We also explore what a future society could look like if cooperation, cultural understanding, abundance and individual contribution became more important than scarcity and division. Our perspective? New Earth isn't simply about waiting for something extraordinary to happen. It's about the choices we make now, the way we treat ourselves and others, and the world we are helping to create. As always, use your own discernment. Take what resonates, question what doesn't, and remain curious about what is possible. What does New Earth look like to you? We'd love to hear your perspective. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌠 CONNECT WITH JOHN NAPWebsite: https://galactic-guidance.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/johnny.galactic/TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@johnny.galactic/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@GalacticGuidance-NapBook — Galactic Awakening: https://a.co/d/0aTvCRdX 🌿 CONNECT WITH CATHERINE CRESTANIWebsite: https://willowhealing.orgInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/willowhealingshYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@willowhealingshSubstack: https://willowhealing.substack.com Books:My Virtual Obsession: https://a.co/d/053anCV8Pillars for Life: A Guide to Spiritual Ethics and Practice: https://a.co/d/0fL17Wel 🌠 CONNECT WITH THE SHOWWebsite, questions and episode enquiries: https://connectionsfrombeyond.comListen on Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4e7PS3cListen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/6JoAvlYmFH6zGzglGxHj75Watch on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@ConnectionsFromBeyond Subscribe, share this episode with someone exploring spiritual awakening, and join the conversation about what New Earth could mean for humanity. Episode 20: The Kinari - Playful Star Seeds, Pleiadian Connections & Galactic Mischief

What happens when two galactic channels connect with a species that seems to have absolutely no interest in taking life seriously? In Episode 20 of Connections from Beyond: Conversations Across Realms, Catherine Crestani and John Nap connect with the Kinari — a playful, mischievous and highly unusual galactic race described as small, yellow/gold humanoid beings with a strong connection to the Pleiadians. This episode is unlike any other. During the channelled conversation, the Kinari share their perspective on their planet, their unusual relationship with groups of four, their connection with the Pleiadians and Galactic Federation, and the colourful ecosystem they inhabit alongside fairies and another more serious green-skinned race. We explore: ✨ Who the Kinari are✨ Their Pleiadian connection✨ Their relationship with the Galactic Federation✨ Why they appear in groups of four✨ Their multidimensional planet and shifting planetary frequencies✨ Their connection with fairies and the mysterious Grey Fairy✨ Their relationship with a neighbouring green-skinned race✨ Their connection to mushrooms, nature and planetary balance✨ Their unique form of light language✨ Why they may be connected with only a small number of Kinari star seeds on Earth✨ And most importantly — why the Kinari say humanity needs to PLAY again Their message is surprisingly simple: we have become too serious. The Kinari energy is playful, cheeky, curious and mischievous — and they suggest that laughter, curiosity and childlike joy can help us reconnect with a different way of experiencing life. If you've ever felt drawn to gold or yellow energy, playful galactic beings, Pleiadian consciousness, star seed experiences or simply feel like you're here to remind people to lighten up, you may find this conversation particularly interesting. And yes… there are gold coins, mushrooms, fairies, med beds, mischievous toddlers, planetary portals and a lot of laughter. Have you ever connected with the Kinari or another galactic species? We'd love to hear about your experience. 🌠 CONNECT WITH JOHN NAP Website: https://galactic-guidance.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/johnny.galactic/TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@johnny.galactic/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@GalacticGuidance-NapBook — Galactic Awakening: https://a.co/d/0aTvCRdX ✨ CONNECT WITH CATHERINE CRESTANI Website: https://willowhealing.orgInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/willowhealingshYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@willowhealingshSubstack: https://willowhealing.substack.com Books: My Virtual Obsession: https://a.co/d/053anCV8Pillars for Life: A Guide to Spiritual Ethics and Practice: https://a.co/d/0fL17Wel 🌠 CONNECT WITH CONNECTIONS FROM BEYOND Website & submit a question: https://connectionsfrombeyond.comListen on Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4e7PS3cListen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/6JoAvlYmFH6zGzglGxHj75Watch on YouTube: https://youtube.com/@connectionsfrombeyond If this episode makes you laugh, question what you think you know about galactic beings, or simply reminds you to play a little more, share it with someone who needs to lighten up. #ConnectionsFromBeyond #Kinari #StarSeeds #Pleiadians #GalacticFederation #GalacticBeings #SpiritualAwakening #GalacticConsciousness #MultidimensionalBeings #StarSeed
