Running in the Center of the Universe

Dave always provides great content. His show has been a staple of my running playlist for over a decade now. He has great guests come on to discuss the wonderful world of running as well. I had the privelege of meeting Dave while I was in Virginia for a marathon. He is a genuine and kind person. It is definitely worth a listen. Keep up the great work Dave!

A great podcast for all runners from beginning 5k runners and experienced ultra runners. Ashland Dave provides a supportive, inclusive and informative podcast about the ups and downs of running. Although he describes himself as "a middle of the pack nobody”, I find Dave to be funny, thoughtful and full of good advice. Give him a listen.

First time listening will be my last. Ashland Dave spent most of his hour long race report for the night train 50k bad mouthing another runner and informing the audience how they could look him up. Not cool Dave.

This was a great podcast, Dave. I have done the race (Oak Mountain 50K) a few times and Neil sums things up well. It is not an easy course, but is very scenic. My only DNF occurred here one year, and so I have a score to settle! Enjoying your podcast as usual! Phoolish Phil
