Interesting that there are poor reviews from both far right and far left. But I’m not surprised. I think Dr. Mohler presents a kind, calm, fair perspective. Although other reviewers say he doesn’t disagree with Trump, as a longtime listener, I have frequently heard him push back or respectfully challenge the president when the president or his party stray from conservative Christian values. He gave a lengthy rebuke of Trump when Trump posted the gorilla tweet about the Obamas. I’ve heard him challenge Trump on approving of IVF. He often takes questions from people he very much disagrees with. But rather than making fun of them or treating them as unintelligent, Dr. Mohler always thanks them sincerely for their thoughtfulness and answers kindly. His voice is refreshing in a world where it’s often acceptable to hate your political opponents. He is definitely conservative and makes no apologies for that. But he is committed to addressing issues from a conservative, Christian perspective in a fair, kind way and to that end, I’d say this podcast does just that. I’ve listened for years and will continue to listen!
