BorderlinerNotes: Real Therapy Sessions

BorderlinerNotes

Welcome to BorderlinerNotes, a mental health channel focused - at present - mainly on personality disorders like Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD).The channel started as a way to make use of extra interview footage from the documentary film we made named BORDERLINE (more info / watch it at mndflds.com/borderlinethefilm). It has grown into a continued effort to offer information that might help people get a proper diagnosis and good treatment, as well as a place where clinicians and those working in the mental health field can learn to be better treaters. The goal is to democratize access to quality information, create positive change in the mental health field, and to do it artfully and with feeling. BorderlinerNotes started as extra footage from the documentary BORDERLINE and became a rare resource in mental health education. The channel films real therapy sessions and consults between licensed clinicians and people diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and Narcissistic Personality Disorder, then releases debriefs with both therapist and client. Clinicians include DBT specialists and experts in personality disorder treatment. The goal is to give people seeking help a look at what good treatment actually looks like, and to give therapists a model for better care. Follow the show and leave a five-star rating if you find it useful.Links:MNDFLDS Video Shop: https://shop.mndflds.com/productsBorderlinerNotes Info: https://www.mndflds.com/borderlinernotesBORDERLINE the Film: https://www.mndflds.com/borderlinethefilmTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@borderlinernotesInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/borderlinernotes/Linktree: https://linktr.ee/borderlinernotesResources: https://gundersonpdi.mclean.harvard.edu/psychoeducational-resources/
