Everybody’s got a Sure Thing. Most people are smart enough to keep it to themselves. Tyson, Max, and Casey aren’t those people. Sure Things is three guys putting their opinions, predictions, and occasionally their dignity on the line. Sports, gambling, relationships, life, and whatever else somebody decides they’re an expert on that week. Nobody agrees on much, nobody forgets anything, and being wrong has never stopped any of us from talking. We’re not always right. We’re just usually pretty sure.

The Godfather, The Doorman & The Dead Dog

Casey claims he’s the godfather of football knowledge. Max is 7–1 on Sure Things and would appreciate a little respect. Tyson finally has a winning record and has become absolutely insufferable. Naturally, this leads to a lengthy argument about who actually deserves credit for the success of a podcast where nobody seems particularly qualified to give gambling advice. This week, the boys debate the NFL’s biggest contenders, defend their increasingly questionable betting strategies, and attempt to keep a Sure Things parlay winning streak alive. Somewhere along the way, a dead horse becomes a dead dog, Casey suffers through a hot pepper punishment, and Max delivers some surprisingly responsible gambling advice. Plus, Caleb Williams vs. Josh Allen, the Vikings’ legitimacy, a $4 million YouTube golf tournament, and the competitive integrity of people who make a living playing golf on the internet. Three blind mice. Three different definitions of success. One dead dog. Welcome to Sure Things.

    Tyson Doesn't Know Ball

Tyson, Max, and Casey are back for Week 8, and somehow the football picks aren't even the most embarrassing part of this episode. Tyson pays off his punishment in an edible candy bra before confessing to one of the most humiliating sports encounters imaginable: meeting Wisconsin Badgers legend Melvin Gordon and spending the entire conversation thinking he was Marvin Harrison Jr. Casey has his own embarrassing story from storming the field at Camp Randall, and the guys debate whether Michigan vs. Ohio State is actually bigger than the World Series. Yes, someone seriously made that argument. Then it's back to football. The guys unload on NFL officiating after a controversial Packers loss, question how much influence referees have on games, and make their Week 8 picks. Max puts his theory to the test by choosing three games himself, Casey continues betting with absolutely no fear, and Tyson desperately tries to avoid another punishment. This week's episode includes: Tyson's edible bra punishment and disastrous Melvin Gordon encounterCasey's Camp Randall wipeoutThe World Series vs. Michigan–Ohio State debateA full-blown rant about NFL officiatingWeek 8 NFL predictions, spreads, and over/undersThe Sure Things and another unfortunate spin of the punishment wheelThree guys. Questionable judgment. Unreasonable confidence. Welcome to Sure Things. For entertainment purposes only. Nothing about this show should be mistaken for responsible financial advice.

    The Doorman's Betrayal

Three guys. Three sure things. Apparently, three very different definitions of loyalty. This week on Sure Things, Casey shows up wearing a brown paper bag after another rough week, Tyson explains how he managed to lose nearly $400 despite going 4-2 on his picks, and Max finds himself on trial after admitting he didn't actually bet the Sure Thing parlay as a parlay. Unbelievable behavior from a man who's 5-1 on his Sure Things. The boys break down the Week 7 NFL slate, debate whether the NFL is scripted, and try to figure out if anyone actually knows what they're doing. Plus, college football chaos, the Bryce Underwood situation at Michigan, way-too-early NBA championship predictions, and Max's increasingly personal hatred of Minnesota. This week's Sure Things: Tyson: Browns -1.5Max: Broncos -4.5Casey: Steelers vs. Saints OVER 44.5Three blind mice. One parlay. Absolutely unwarranted confidence. Follow along, make your picks, and come back next week to find out which one of us has to answer for his decisions. For entertainment purposes only. Gamble responsibly.

Max Has Officially Lost His Mind ... or Has He ?!

After another brutal week of NFL picks, The Doorman is sitting at 1-5 on his regular picks and has decided it’s time for a completely new strategy: whatever his gut tells him to bet, he’s taking the opposite. Genius? Desperation? We’re about to find out. Meanwhile, Casey is mounting a comeback, Tyson is defending his spot atop the standings, and Max is somehow still the most reliable Sure Things picker despite being an absolute disaster everywhere else. This week, the boys break down the upcoming NFL slate, including Packers vs. Cowboys, Seahawks vs. Broncos, Texans vs. Jaguars in London, and more. Plus, Max faces another punishment pepper, the guys debate questionable NFL coaching decisions, Casey explains why he’s stopped sharing his bets in the group chat, and the conversation eventually turns to college football and the Milwaukee Brewers’ playoff run. Three friends. Questionable football knowledge. Unreasonable confidence. Welcome to SURE THINGS.

The Best and Worst Week in Sure Things History

Tyson is feeling pretty good about himself after going 6-2, Casey is coming off an absolutely miserable week, and The Doorman is still The Doorman. We kick things off with the long-awaited habanero punishment before getting into another week of NFL picks, questionable betting logic, arguments over point spreads, and our Sure Things of the week. Somewhere along the way, Tyson decides he can see the future, Max gets introduced to something he’d probably rather not know about, and Casey tries to recover whatever dignity he has left. Who actually knows ball?

No Punishments, Just Overs and Bad Picks

The boys are back for Week 4 of Sure Things, and somehow three weeks of questionable predictions have only made everyone more confident. Tyson enters the week at the bottom of the standings, armed with an alarming number of moneyline underdogs and a plan to double down his way out of trouble. Max continues to trust the numbers, Casey defends his betting philosophy, and nobody seems particularly interested in learning from their mistakes. This week, we're breaking down Steelers-Browns, Packers-Buccaneers, Chiefs-Raiders, Broncos-49ers, Lions-Panthers, and Falcons-Saints. We've got bold predictions, questionable logic, a few arguments, and three more Sure Things that absolutely cannot lose. Allegedly. Three guys. Three different approaches. One shared belief that we know more than we actually do. Sure Things is a weekly podcast about sports, predictions, gambling, and the dangerous confidence that comes with being wrong in public. New episodes weekly. Follow along, make your own picks, and keep the receipts.

The Hook and The Paper Bag

Tyson is paying for last week's picks with a paper bag over his head, and Max and Casey aren't about to let him forget it. This week on Sure Things, the guys break down the Packers' struggles, debate whether Derrick Henry belongs among the five greatest running backs of all time, and watch Tyson nearly lose his mind over half a point on the betting line. Casey puts his reputation on the line with a bold Giants moneyline pick, while Max reveals a forgotten $10 parlay that came one Justin Herbert touchdown away from paying $6,500. Plus, the misery of betting the under, some completely unnecessary pickleball slander, and the official creation of the Wheel of Suck, where bad picks lead to even worse consequences. Three friends. Questionable predictions. Unreasonable confidence. Welcome to Sure Things.
