As someone born in to this organization in 1969, to a full time pioneer, I encourage anyone considering joining to do research. As a child I spread the organizations mistruths. My mom passed away this spring, of alzheimers due to the mental gymnastics of the organization. She was prepared for the end to come in 1975, and after that and multiple failed predictions she led a very unhappy life. This organization controls all who join through fear, obligation, and guilt. Women do the majority of work but are subjected to mistreatment. Please do research outside of the JW publications. The history of this organization is full of doctrine changes, and has a history of hiding child abuse. Stay away from this organization, it destroys families.
