Also this podcast is cool for two reasons. First, I love the interviews with mixed in with all the other information about lucid dreaming which can be white noise. Second, the episodes are very spread out so you know the author is on a journey and can’t wait for the next one:)

I really enjoy this podcast for its insightful commentary on many aspects of lucid dreaming that are sometimes overlooked, including things to do once inside the dream. I especially appreciate that this is a highly science based podcast, and it never descends into highly speculative pseudo-religious speak. I was very impressed by the creator’s treatment of paranormal experiences in Episode 9. I would love it if more episodes could be made!

My favorite part about this podcast is that it was created from passion and it shows in every episode. I've been logging my dreams every morning for three months. I have never had a Lucid Dream but am determined to make it happen on a consistent basis.
