    06.07.26 No So Go

🚧 NO. SO. GO. | Stop Running in Place and Start Moving Forward 🚧 What if the biggest thing standing between you and God’s purpose isn’t defeat—it’s distraction? In this powerful message from Nehemiah 6, we discover how the enemy often doesn't try to destroy our calling; he simply tries to distract us from it. As Nehemiah rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem, his enemies repeatedly invited him to leave the work unfinished and come down from the wall. His response became a timeless declaration: “I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down.” Many of us aren't defeated—we're distracted. We're overwhelmed by urgent demands, endless notifications, offense, fear, and opportunities that seem good but pull us away from what is better. This message challenges us to embrace three life-changing principles: 🔹 NO – Learn to say no to distractions that steal your purpose. 🔹 SO – Adopt a holy “so what” attitude toward offenses and unnecessary burdens. 🔹 GO – Stop waiting, stop stalling, and move forward when God says go. You'll be encouraged to recognize that what you say no to is often just as important as what you say yes to. Fear loses its power when you stay focused on your assignment, and breakthrough often happens when you take the first step of faith. The same God who parted the Red Sea is still making a way today—but sometimes the path appears only after we start moving. It's time to stop coming down from the wall. It's time to stop running in place. It's time to say NO, SO, and GO. #CityGateChurch #NoSoGo #Nehemiah6 #Faith #Purpose #Distraction #ChristianMessage #Jesus #HolySpirit #ChurchOnline 👋 New to Citygate? He's not Leaving You! | Germaine Brunson | Citygate Church

🕊️ The Dove Remained: More Than a Moment 🕊️ In this powerful message, we explore the profound moment in John 1:32 when John the Baptist witnessed the Holy Spirit descend upon Jesus like a dove—and remain. That single word changes everything. Too often, we settle for temporary encounters with God's presence when His desire has always been permanent habitation. God never intended for His Spirit to simply visit your life—He wants to dwell within you, transforming you from the inside out. Whether you're walking through a wilderness season, fighting discouragement, carrying disappointment, or feeling overwhelmed by life's pressures, this message is a reminder that God's presence is not temporary. His peace can remain. His power can remain. His freedom can remain. 💡 In This Message You'll Discover: • The significance of the Holy Spirit descending like a dove on Jesus • Why the Spirit "remaining" is just as important as His arrival • How the dove symbolizes peace, God's nearness, and the end of judgment • Why many believers settle for moments of God instead of a life with God • How to create space for the Holy Spirit to dwell in your life 📖 Key Scriptures: • John 1:32 • Genesis 8:11 • Psalm 118:17 🙌 Big Idea: God doesn't want to simply touch your life—He wants to transform your life by remaining in it. 🕊️ Like Noah's dove returning with an olive branch, the Holy Spirit announces that judgment has passed and peace is available. But many of us live lives that are too crowded, too loud, and too rushed to recognize His gentle presence. We often treat God's presence like body spray—a quick experience that fades away. But God wants to saturate us like oil, leaving a permanent mark that changes everything. 🔥 Key Truth: The goal is not a momentary spiritual experience. The goal is a life where the Holy Spirit remains. When He remains: • Peace remains. • Hope remains. • Healing remains. • Freedom remains. • Purpose remains. No matter what wilderness you're facing, this message is a declaration that you will not quit, you will not give up, and you will not be overcome. ✨ You shall live and declare the works of the Lord. Because this time... He's not leaving. 💬 If this message encouraged you, LIKE, COMMENT, and SHARE it with someone who needs this reminder today. 🔔 Subscribe and turn on notifications so you never miss a message. 👋 New to Citygate? It's Closer Than You Think| Patrick Halcomb | Citygate Church

🙌 It's Closer Than You Think 🙌 Have you ever searched everywhere for something only to discover it was right in front of you the entire time? In this encouraging message from John 14, we explore one of the greatest promises Jesus ever made: He would not leave us alone. When life becomes overwhelming, when prayers seem unanswered, and when God feels distant, the truth remains the same—the Holy Spirit is closer than you think. Too often we place the weight of our lives on things that were never designed to carry us. Relationships, success, money, distractions, and even our own strength eventually fail under pressure. But Jesus promised a Comforter, a Helper, and a Guide who would never leave us and never forsake us. 💡 In This Message You'll Discover: • Why God is often closer than your feelings suggest • How the Holy Spirit comforts us in difficult seasons • What it means to lean on the Holy Spirit instead of temporary solutions • How the Holy Spirit helps us when we feel weak and overwhelmed • Why God's guidance is still available for every decision and season of life 📖 Key Scriptures: • John 14:16-18 • John 14:26 • John 16:13 • Romans 8:26 • Hebrews 13:5 • Proverbs 3:5-6 • Isaiah 41:10 🙌 Big Idea: The problem is often not God's distance—it's our awareness. Just as Jacob declared, "Surely the Lord is in this place, and I was not aware of it," many believers discover that God was present long before they recognized Him. 🕊️ The Holy Spirit Is: Your Comforter When life gets heavy, He carries what you cannot carry on your own. Your Helper When you're exhausted, confused, or uncertain, He provides wisdom, strength, peace, and power. Your Guide Like a faithful GPS, the Holy Spirit continues to direct your steps—even after wrong turns, closed doors, and unexpected detours. 🔥 Key Truth: God never intended for you to do life alone. The Holy Spirit isn't simply near you—He's working in you, strengthening you, teaching you, comforting you, and leading you every step of the way. No matter what you're facing today: • You're not abandoned. • You're not forgotten. • You're not alone. ✨ He's not far away. He's closer than you think. 💬 If this message encouraged you, LIKE, COMMENT, and SHARE it with someone who needs this reminder today. 🔔 Subscribe and turn on notifications so you never miss a message. 👋 New to Citygate? But Wait There's More | Eric Petree | Citygate Church

🔥 But Wait... There’s More! | The Power of the Holy Spirit 🔥 In this powerful message, we dive into Acts 1 and uncover the promise Jesus gave His disciples before ascending to Heaven: “But wait…” Jesus told them not to leave Jerusalem until they received the gift of the Holy Spirit. Why? Because God never intended for believers to live powerless, exhausted, or defeated trying to do life in their own strength. There is MORE available. 💡 In This Message You’ll Discover: • Why the Holy Spirit is essential for every believer • What it means to walk in supernatural power • How the Holy Spirit empowers you to overcome sin • Why Christianity was always meant to be supernatural • The difference between living saved and living Spirit-filled 📖 Key Scriptures: • Acts 1:4–8 • John 16:7 • John 16:13–15 • Galatians 5:16 • Acts 10:38 🙌 Big Idea: You don’t need the Holy Spirit just to get to Heaven—you need Him to live victoriously on Earth. ⚡ The Greek word for power in Acts 1:8 is “dunamis”—the explosive, miracle-working power of God. And when the Holy Spirit fills a believer, His power produces visible effects: • People can SEE the impact • People can FEEL the impact • People can HEAR the impact 🕊️ The Holy Spirit Will Empower You To: • Overcome temptation and sin • Walk in boldness and spiritual authority • Live with supernatural strength • Pray with power • Bring healing, hope, and freedom to others 🔥 Key Truth: Jesus didn’t come just so we could admire His miracles—He came to empower us to live Spirit-filled lives that impact the world around us. Too many believers are trying to push through life in their own strength when Heaven has already provided power to help carry the load. 🌊 The question is not whether the Holy Spirit is available… the question is: Are you willing to wait, hunger, and receive? 💬 If this message encouraged you, LIKE, COMMENT, and SHARE it with someone who needs the power of the Holy Spirit in their life. 🔔 Subscribe and turn on notifications so you never miss a message. 👋 New to Citygate? Clear The Room | Eric Petree | Citygate Church

🚪 Free Indeed: Clear The Room 🚪 Welcome to this powerful Sunday message as we dive into Mark 5:35–42 and uncover a life-changing truth: before Jesus performed the miracle… He cleared the room. Through the story of Jairus’ daughter, we see a desperate father, a delayed miracle, and a house filled with chaos, doubt, and unbelief. But Jesus doesn’t argue with the noise—He removes it. Because sometimes the breakthrough you’re waiting on doesn’t begin with God moving… it begins with you removing. 💡 In This Message You’ll Discover: • Why the voices around you can determine the outcome of your life • The difference between information and revelation • How negative voices don’t just affect—they infect • Why Jesus removed the crowd before releasing the miracle • How the right voices create an atmosphere for faith and breakthrough 📖 Key Scripture: • Mark 5:35–42 — “When He had put them all out…” 🙌 Big Idea: Before Jesus raised what was dead—He cleared the room. 🔊 3 Powerful Truths: 1. Wrong Voices Have Information but No Revelation Not every voice speaking facts is speaking faith. What you hear shapes what you believe. 2. Wrong Voices Spread Just like in Numbers 13, a negative report can infect an entire environment. Ten voices can talk a nation out of promise. 3. Right Voices Set the Atmosphere Jesus was intentional about who stayed in the room. Fewer voices—greater faith. 🧠 Filter Every Voice in Your Life: • Do they have integrity and character? • Do they carry wisdom and understanding? • Do they inspire faith or feed fear? • Do they genuinely love you? • Do they help you fulfill God’s calling? ⚠️ Key Truth: You don’t get a miracle in a mocking room. You get it in a room where Jesus has cleared the noise. 🔥 Maybe the reason the miracle hasn’t happened yet… is because the room hasn’t been cleared. 🕊️ This Message Asks You: • Who is in your room? • What voices need to go? • What have you allowed to speak louder than God? ✨ “Talitha cumi” — ARISE. What feels dead in your life—your faith, your hope, your purpose—can live again. But first… clear the room. 💬 If this message spoke to you, LIKE, COMMENT, and SHARE it with someone who needs breakthrough. 🔔 Subscribe and turn on notifications so you never miss a message. 👋 New to Citygate? Getting Free. Living Free! | Eric Petree | Citygate Church

Welcome to this week’s powerful Sunday message as we dive deep into John chapter 8 and uncover the difference between being delivered and being truly free. Many people experience a moment of breakthrough but never step into a lifestyle of freedom. Jesus teaches that true freedom comes through abiding in His Word—not just visiting it occasionally, but living in it daily. When we remain in Him, we know the truth, and that truth sets us free indeed. Using the story of the Exodus, this message reveals a powerful spiritual pattern: ➡️ Egypt represents bondage ➡️ The Wilderness represents deliverance ➡️ The Promised Land represents true freedom God didn’t just bring Israel out of Egypt—He had to get Egypt out of them. The wilderness was the place where mindsets were changed, hearts were transformed, and people were prepared for promise. 💡 In This Message You’ll Learn: • The difference between deliverance and discipleship • Why many people stop at breakthrough but never reach freedom • How abiding in God’s Word transforms your life • Why the process matters before the promise • How to move from crowd mentality to kingdom living 🙌 Key Truth: Deliverance brings you out, but discipleship teaches you how to stay out and thrive in freedom. 📖 Scripture Focus: John 8:31-32 – “If you continue in My word, then are ye My disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” 💬 If this message blessed you, LIKE, COMMENT, and SHARE it with someone who needs freedom today. 🔔 Subscribe and turn on notifications so you never miss a life-changing message. 👋 New to Citygate?
