The Path to Paradise
Do you feel like the world is going backwards? How did this happen? The world is going backwards because we’re not living the upside-down life. When we walk among the people of God, as the people of God we preserve our land. And fortunately, Jesus shows us the path!
The path is among the poor in spirit
The path is among the pure in heart
The path is among those peaceful in persecution

What do you picture when you think of the phrase “poor in spirit”?
What type of situations or relationships are difficult for you to be pure in heart?
Do you know someone that doesn’t bring peace to a situation? What is it about them that makes you say that? -
Winning The War
We are in a real war, and if we don’t realize it, then we are losing. Once we learn to watch for it, we begin to see it. Once we see it, we can’t unsee it. Paul writes in Ephesians 6 everything we need to know to resist temptation when the enemy attacks.

The Call to Discipleship
Let your life be a life of worship as you obey your parents, guide your children, and work in the role God has placed you in. Live a life of worshipping Jesus in your home and at your workplace.

The Truth About Marriage
A marriage cannot be happy or healthy without Christ at the center of it. In this message, Jonathan Pokluda teaches us that (1) the mindset of marriage must be sacrifice and submission, (2) the mission of marriage is sanctification through service, and (3) the mystery of marriage is that it showcases our savior.

Stop Sleepwalking
Paul reminds us in today’s text the antidote to spiritually sleepwalking is to walk in love, walk in the light, and walk in wisdom.

Anger and Forgiveness
To live a Christian life, we have to imitate Christ. One place where some struggle is with forgiveness of others who have committed a wrong against them. Rather than holding grudges, quiet judgment, and anger in our hearts, we are called to forgive in the same way that Jesus forgave us. God deeply cares about how we are able to forgive others and let go of our anger.

Are there any unresolved conflicts or feelings of resentment towards others in your life?
How can you take the first step towards resolution?
How does our anger towards others often reveal other sin within us?

really appreciate all the use of scripture, personal stories, and balance when handling doctrinal differences. “How God Changes a City” is powerful and impactful. Have shared it many times!
Faithful disciples of Christ
Excellent teaching, good worship, faithful stewardship, and admirable leadership. I have learned so much from this church about the Bible, but more importantly how to live out my faith and share it to those in the world. I have been pushed to be faithful in my giving, sharing my faith, being honest and starving my sins and avoiding my pitfalls, being authentic, and too much else to mention. They will say wrong things from time to time they are human like all of us, but it is far and few imo.
I have my own church body here in Ohio; all of us up here are in this battle along side HarrisCreek, Life Church, and so many others around the world against the forces of darkness. What a joy and privilege it is to serve God through and with a local body of believers and be apart of the greatest mission in the history of the world! Praise God that He has included us in His plans and gives us purpose, lasting joy, and a hope and future.
I know it sounds cult-like listening to the Bible and teachers like JP, but I promise you it is the real deal. God loves you so much He sent His Son to live the perfect life you couldn’t, die the death you deserve, and pay for all your sins that you couldn’t pay for: buying your way into heaven to be with Him forever; rather than paying for your sins forever apart from Him. You are loved. You are worth much. You are not reading this by accident. God wants everyone to be saved.
God is doing a work
This is good. This is precious. This ministry is good and right and true, and I am so grateful to have Christ followers who speak so affectionately of God’s Holy Word. I learn to see Scriptural passages in such a new and wonderful light, and JP, my affections are certainly stirred. God bless this ministry.
