Fantastic Lean Podcast
I am a big fan of Gemba Academy and these podcasts. I am new to the Lean world after a career change in my late 30’s. My focus is culture in the manufacturing plant. These podcasts cover a variety of topics to include the human side of the field. It has been so edifying and encouraging to listen to people talk about how to encourage, treat and grow others. It has helped me to dig into my God given strengths to further the lean culture at my work. After every podcast I listen to I find the speakers on LinkedIn to follow. This is great content and I love the 30-40 min episodes. Thank you!
I enjoy listening to the diversity of ideas and guests.
Preparedness and opportunity
