Incredible Health and Wellness Podcast!

I absolutely love this podcast and all the information that Jesse and Marni have shared over the years. I have listened for about 3 years now, mainly on my daily commute. This is one of those podcasts that I wish I could sit and take notes on, but setting a brief google reminder when I’m driving has helped me capture the components that really resonate with me personally. Additionally, the website has been helpful to look back on, to include podcast notes and discussed resources. I truly appreciate the wide range of guests on the show within the health and wellness community and always have takeaways from each episode to research or implement in my life. During interviews, I often find that I’m wondering about a certain thing the guest is discussing and then the next question will hit exactly what I was thinking about. The podcast is professional as far as structure and sound quality, and the preparation for each guest is excellent. Jesse and Marni, I appreciate you and everyone involved in making this an exceptional podcast. Thank you!
