Appreciation for all the information 💜

I was searching fasting with the moon phases trying to understand what that looked like after listening to a new author briefly mention it and your podcast on the subject popped up!

I’ve been binge listening to everything that applies to where I’m at in my health journey and learning so much! I’ve discovered I’m a “Flogger” - pounding on myself even when my body is screaming for rest, I’ve been fasting without supporting and doing so far too frequently and that’s just a couple of tidbits!
