So relatable

I am so grateful I was guided to this podcast. The way Angela incorporates Ayurveda into her lifestyle has given me hope. She really emphasizes finding what works for you and your family and dissolves the rigidity of following all the rules. I love that she has the transcript available to return to if there is a product mentioned or a technique referenced. Thank you, very eager to listen to the next one.

Listener for over two years

There are many things to enjoy about the podcast. As host, Angela has an intelligent and thoughtful approach, but she makes a solid effort to keep her points clear and digestible. I have enjoyed so many guests, and I use the knowledge I gain in my personal yoga practice as well as in my teaching.
