Moram da priznam da ni sam nisam u potpunosti razumeo šta ovaj pojam znači kada mi ga je jedan veoma ljubazan čovek, po imenu Nikola Jurišić, predstavio i sa mnom podelio čemu je posvetio svoj život.  Nikola sebe naziva katalizatorom kulturne transfiguracije i jedan je od vodećih svetskih eksperata u razvijanju kompleksnih i vrlo velikih sistema zasnovanim na univerzalnim vrednostima. Saradjivao je sa preko stotinu kompanija i organizacija širom planete zemlje, kombinujući i izučavajuću različite korporativne pristupe u okviru velikih organizacija kao što LSE, The Economist i McKinsey sa ličnim i intuitivnim pristupom koji je razvijao kao instruktor ontologije, kao duhovni isceljitelj i inicijator različitih procesa transformacije. Osnivač je Transfiguracijskog savetovališta, u okviru kog deluje kao glavni konsultant sa ciljem da pomogne u ubrzavanju kulturološke evolucije različitih sistema i organizacija. Pored veoma uspešne internacionalne karijere transfiguracijskog savetnika, jedna od Nikolinih primarnih životnih misija je bavljenje osvešćivanjem i prevazilaženjem kolektivnih trauma Balkana. U ovoj epizodi smo razgovarali o tome šta zapravo predstavlja proces kulturne transfiguracije, kao i o tome šta je bio Nikolin unutrašnji preobražaj koji je doveo do kraijere koja se bavi spoljašnjim.
