A fantastic show with an interesting take on how normal people deal with abnormal behavior. I really enjoy the shows’ content. However, I implore the producer’s to KEEP POLITICS OUT of the podcast. I’ve finished season 8, and I struggled to because there were so many inflammatory political statements that were completely unnecessary and added NOTHING to the story. These opinions should be edited out for the podcast to stay focused on the subject matter. NO ONE CARES about *Iridian’s political views and her attaching negative personality traits of certain people based on their political views. It’s only her opinion which added nothing to the story, except putting a bitter taste in my mouth at how she blankly judged millions of people based on *Crystal’s mother’s Facebook post, while complaining that she was being judged by the family for her political views… she wasn’t helping herself, and she was the only person that I struggled to find sympathy for out of seasons 1-9.
It really takes away from the importance and the magnitude of the issues she was facing. This podcast should continue to shine a light on the victim’s, not them using this as a platform to spew political beliefs. Enjoying the series as a whole otherwise.
