Off the Hanger Emma Lightbown

Fashion is often down played as something frivolous and shallow but this week's guest proves this is far from true.

Robyn Electra is the founder and CEO of Gaff & Go, a lingerie brand specialising in underwear and swimwear for Transgender, Non-Binary and anyone that tucks.

We chat about how wearing the right underwear is paramount to the safety of many trans women and how a wardrobe malfunction spurred on Robyn to create the brand.

And of course the episode is packed with fabulous fashion chat, Robyn is a life long fashionista with a love of dressing up, designer bags and always looking her best!

For the majority of us sustainability in fashion is something we learn however for fashion designer Abbie James its something that has been ingrained in her personality from her upbringing.



Her love of fashion and sustainability led to the creation of her beautiful self named clothing label.

This weeks guest is casting director Coralie Rose, she opened up her wardrobe and shared the stories of all her favourite things.

We chatted about her life long love of jewellery, the fantasy of owning a Hermes Birkin and having the most fabulous pair of shoes named after her!

The conversation also delved into the idea of being more compassionate towards ourselves and our style journey, never looking over done and the sadness of losing those sentimental wardrobe pieces.
