Over many years, he became a familiar face on Network Ten’s motorsport team, anchoring its Formula 1 and MotoGP coverage, as well as being part of its flagship motorsport program, RPM. He’s also worked across Supercars, Super Tourers, the Australian Rally Championship, and the SpeedSeries, just to name a few. And of course, is the voice behind the leading motorsport podcast, 'Rusty’s Garage'. Greg Rust joins us on The Podium to recap all the action from the opening round of the 2026 Formula 1 World Championship. CHAD NEYLON: Chad Neylon is one of Australia's leading motorsport commentators.     James Wharton - Interview (Aussie FIA Formula 3 Driver)

    James Wharton is n Aussie racer who is making a rapid rise up the motorsport ladder. He’s won karting titles both here in Australia and overseas, before stepping up to open-wheel racing and becoming a member of the prestigious Ferrari Driver Academy in 2021.  Since then, he’s gone on to win the Formula 4 UAE Championship, finish runner up in both the Euro 4, and Formula Regional European Championships.   In 2025, he made the leap up to the FIA Formula 3 Championship — the breeding ground for future Formula 1 stars, and joined fellow Aussies Oscar Piastri and Jack Doohan in becoming a race winner, with a dominant victory at the Red Bull Ring.   In 2026, he reunites with the PREMA Racing team for his second full season in the FIA Formula 3 Championship and will race in front of his home crowd in Melbourne at the season-opening Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix. AARON CAMERON: Aaron Cameron is one of the next generation of stars in the Supercars Championship. In 2021, he won the S5000 Championship before stepping up to the Super2 Series, where he finished runner-up in 2024. In 2026, he embarks on his second season in the Supercars Championship and has already impressed many with his performance at the opening round at Sydney Motorsport Park. Qualifying on the front row, and finishing on the podium for the first-time in the first race of the season. LOCHIE DALTON: Super2 Series Driver, Lochie Dalton is one of the rising stars of Australian motorsport. He has competed against, and beaten, some of the country’s best drivers in the Toyota Gazoo Racing Series, Trans Am, and the Supercars Championship. In 2025, he was one of the standout performers in Super2, finishing runner-up in the series, in between driving in a Supercars wildcard entry for Tickford Racing.
