Началось как замечательный подкаст о расследовании документалистом-любителем пропажи девушки 10 лет назад в маленьком городе Джорджии. Подкаст выпускался одновременно с проведением расследования, что дает ощущение непосредственного участия в нем: появлялись новые детали и подозреваемые. Но после раскрытия дела, автор как будто бы «словил звезду», хоть и имел маленькое отношение к раскрытию, кроме как привлечения внимания к делу. При этом выпуски стали скучными, все уже было ясно, но новые серии продолжали выходить, разжевывая одно и то же по 10 раз ради заработка на рекламе. Когда ведущий довел девушку, благодаря которой нашли преступника до слез своим высокомерным поведением, я слушать перестал, ощущение как будто в 💩 искупался.
