Today we’re going to talk about three things you can do to fall asleep fast and sleep better through the night. While some people have too much energy to fall asleep, others are actually too tired to fall asleep. It takes a healthy amount of energy in your energy factories, your mitochondria, to sleep well. The organs that have the most mitochondria are your heart and brain. This means that both of these organs need a lot of oxygen to function properly. Thankfully, there are several things you can do to increase oxygen into the mitochondria in the brain to help you fall asleep fast and have a good night’s sleep. There is also, essentially, a clock in your brain that tells you when to sleep and when to wake up—we need to get this clock to work better. How to sleep better at night: • Exercise • Consume vitamin B1 before bed • Sleep with the window open • Put plants in your room • Consume CoQ10 • Take methylene blue • Use dim lights after sunset • Replace certain lights in your house with incandescent lights • Avoid blue light before bed • Use red lights • Use the light from a fireplace if possible • Use blue blockers • Don’t consume any food 5 hours before bed • Take vitamin D3 while traveling • Go to bed before midnight (around 10 pm works for many people) Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Today, I want to share the best natural alternative for Viagra. In many cases, people with erectile dysfunction have normal hormone levels. But, they also typically have high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, or are smokers. Erectile dysfunction is one of the earliest signs of peripheral artery disease. Other symptoms of peripheral artery disease can include: • Cold feet • Painful legs • Cramping in the lower legs • Color changes in the lower legs • Slow healing • Loss of hair on the lower legs It’s crucial to fix the root cause of erectile dysfunction by healing the endothelial layer. Getting on the keto diet is one of the best things you can do to start addressing this issue. In the meantime, several natural remedies for erectile dysfunction can be combined into one simple drink. Ingredients: • 1 cup of juice from watermelon rinds • The juice of one medium beet (or two tsp. beet powder with eight oz. of water) • 1 cup celery juice Optional ingredient: • Dark, leafy green vegetables Blend the above ingredients and drink one glass of this remedy every morning for four to six weeks. Nose breathing and exercise may also be beneficial to help with erectile dysfunction. It’s also important to note that viewing porn may lead to porn-induced erectile dysfunction. #naturalviagra #viagra #erectiledysfunction Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 58, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. I’ve covered natural remedies for psoriasis before, but I’m always on the lookout for additional ways to help people. I recently found a new natural remedy that I’m excited about, and you may want to talk to your doctor about it. With psoriasis, a person has an accelerated growth rate of certain skin cells. This can cause redness and dry flaking patches of skin. There is a high association between gut problems and psoriasis. There is also a high association between joint problems and psoriasis. It’s thought that people with psoriasis have a problem with a very important structure in the skin called GAG. NAG (n-acetyl glucosamine) is a precursor or building block for GAG. Some interesting data shows that NAG can improve psoriasis. It may also help with gut problems and joint problems. If you’re going to try this remedy, consider taking 1,000 to 2,000 mg over time. When faced with a gout diagnosis, many people are told to reduce their intake of red meat, organ meats, and shellfish because they contain purines. Purines turn into uric acid, and for a small percentage of people, removing them from the diet may eliminate gout symptoms. However, many people find that avoiding purines alone doesn’t help.Research has found that one of the strongest drivers of gout is insulin resistance. Uric acid is normally eliminated through the kidneys and the gut. When you have insulin resistance, it becomes more difficult for the kidneys to flush out uric acid. As uric acid builds up, it can accumulate in the joints, causing gout pain, or back up into the kidneys and contribute to kidney stones.High-fructose corn syrup can significantly increase uric acid production in the liver. Fructose is found in table sugar, agave nectar, fruit, and fruit juice, and is primarily metabolized by the liver. Hidden glucose from industrial starches can significantly raise insulin levels, contributing to uric acid buildup and joint pain, especially in the big toe and knees. Poor gut health and alcohol consumption may also contribute to gout. Some people experience a gout attack when starting keto, but this is typically temporary and often subsides within the first or second week. Consuming celery and increasing your fluid intake may help your body clear uric acid more quickly.DATA: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00011-009-0031-9 https://www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/20/4/3596 https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12276925/Dr. Eric Berg, D.C.
