    Indiana may be known for basketball, cornfields and the Indy 500—but apparently the Hoosier State has been keeping a few paranormal secrets. This week on Spirits with Spirits, JB and Ariel explore haunted Indiana, beginning with some of the state's creepiest former medical facilities. At Indiana State Sanatorium, visitors report apparitions, disembodied footsteps, unexplained cold spots and the sounds of coughing and wheezing still echoing through the halls. Then it's on to Central State Hospital, with its underground tunnels, phantom screams, shadow figures and reports of an unseen attacker. Finally, we visit Randolph County Asylum, where the basement is reportedly home to something described as a fast-moving black baby octopus that pinches unsuspecting visitors. Yes... somehow we've found another paranormal animal. Then JB takes over the storytelling as we head into the 325 wooded acres surrounding Hard Truth Distilling in Brown County.
