Earl, one of Vic's closest friends since undergrad and his beautiful wife Jeanette. If you watched the show, you may remember Earl was in our wedding party. And fun fact, he's also the one who wrote and read the prayer at our ceremony. Yeah, we love them like that. 🤍 We got into all of it. In this episode we sat down with two very special guests. Karen is Vic's 20-year friend and the woman who literally sent him the Love Is Blind application, and Keya, who you all already know from the Love is Blind Season 10 experience! We pulled up some chairs and just had an honest, human conversation about love, relationships, and everything in between. We got into some conversations about why we chose marriage, how to know when you've found your person, and why you should stop letting society put a timeline on your love life. We also talked dating apps, the lost art of courtship, how to actually read red flags, and what it looks like to self sabotage a good thing.     VC Testimonies Episode 2: The Pods, The Ring, & Everything Before: Our Love is Blind Journey

    We've gotten so many questions about what actually went on behind the scenes in the pods, and we're finally sitting down to answer them honestly.In this episode, we're walking you through what day one really felt like, how our first conversations with each other went, and the moment we each realized this was real. We also open up about the meaningful gifts we exchanged, including Christine's handwritten book of 100 marriage tips collected from her patients over the years, a beat-up childhood teddy bear with a story close to Christine's heart, Vic's trophy from his cousin Jamie and the powerful story of family, love, and growth behind it, and a book that still sits on the bathroom shelf to this day.We share some things that didn't make the show, some things we've never said out loud before, and a breakup story involving Vic, and a Snoop Dogg playlist that still makes us laugh. We also get into the proposal, the reveal, Malibu, and what life looked like once the cameras were mostly gone.We started this podcast because we wanted a space to be real with you all and build community.     VC Testimonies Episode 1: One Year Married, Forever Committed

    Vic and Christine St. John introduce a new season of content to better steward their growing digital community after the show, sharing more about their marriage, love, faith, lifestyle, and topics viewers request. Filming in Brooklyn, Vic’s hometown, they focus this first episode on their backgrounds before meeting: Vic’s upbringing in Flatbush in a women-led household, the absence of his father, lessons from Brooklyn, nearly not graduating, and how mentors helped him get into SUNY Old Westbury; and Christine’s rural southern Ohio childhood, small-school experience, early independence, faith, and later earning a master’s degree. They discuss how each applied to Love Is Blind, reflect on their April 9 wedding anniversary, the meaning of covenant marriage, balancing future goals, and invite viewers to share their own stories, with a shout-out to J Squared Candles.
