Building a Powerful and Focused Brand as a Multi-Passionate Entrepreneur

Do you have too many ideas and not enough clarity? This episode is for the multi-passionate entrepreneur who's ready to build a brand that's coherent, magnetic, and unmistakably them — without shrinking themselves to fit a conventional mold. In This Episode * Why having too many viable ideas is its own kind of stuck — and why conventional branding advice doesn’t help * The real reason clarity matters (hint: it’s not about you, it’s about your people) * When it makes sense to have separate brands vs. one unified brand * Why going broad with your offerings can actually make each one weaker * How to stop hiding the parts of yourself that make your brand truly irreplaceable Memorable Quotes “Whatever you choose, it feels like you’re leaving behind other essential parts of yourself — the things that make you you.” “Clarity is an act of service. It creates pathways for people to understand why they’re drawn to you.” “Instead of going broad horizontally, go deep. That’s where your multi-passionate nature becomes a feature, not a bug.” “Your brand doesn’t have to contain all of you. It just has to be true to you.” Resources Mentioned * Ikigai — The Japanese concept of finding the intersection of: what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for Work With Kathy Feeling clearer on the concept but not sure how to apply it to your brand specifically? A new era of Manifestation Work: Rooted in reality & magic

Have you ever felt like manifestation work was supposed to change your life — but something about it just wasn’t adding up? In this episode, I’m getting honest about my lifelong relationship with manifestation: from magical thinking as a 13-year-old wanting to win the lottery for her immigrant family, to discovering The Secret as a young music student in Germany, to the moment during Covid when manifestation practices became too painful to continue. I talk about why the popular version of manifestation — just raise your vibration and watch it appear — can actually work against you, and what’s missing from that picture: your unconscious self, your nervous system, your lived experience, the parts of you that are still keeping you “safe.” And I share how I’m reconnecting with this work now — in a way that’s grounded, honest, and doesn’t bypass the deeper truth of who you are. What we cover: * Why oversimplified manifestation can hurt more than help * The role of self-sabotage, self-hate, and escaping vs. creating * My personal story of hitting a wall with this work * Scripting as a practical tool to try (+ a resource I love) * How your business growth is inseparable from your inner work Mentioned in this episode: * The Secret * Abraham Hicks * The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron * Natanya Bravo / The Bravo Life on YouTube Are you a business owner who wants to build with more meaning and alignment? 3. Linear Time vs Spiral Time

    Linear Time vs Spiral Time

This is an episode for chronic rushers! Fresh off a month in California reconnecting with family, old friends, and my own sense of aliveness, I came home with something I haven’t been able to stop thinking about: Spiral Time. Most of us are running our lives — and our businesses — on a linear time model borrowed from the industrial age. Clock in, check off, hustle harder. And it’s quietly draining the joy, creativity, and presence right out of us. In this episode, I share a lived, embodied experience of what it feels like to step out of that model and into something more spacious — a spiral way of moving through time that actually works with your intuition, your nervous system, and your creative power. We talk about: * Why time is a matter of perception (and how to use that to your advantage) * What happens to your decision-making when urgency takes over * How to stop being a victim of time — and start being its creator * And how structural time and spiral time can beautifully coexist This one is for you if you’ve ever felt like you’re always behind, always rushing — but suspect there’s another way. There is. 🌀 Are you a business owner who wants to build with more meaning and alignment? 4. What the disconnect between you and your brand is telling you

What the disconnect between you and your brand is telling you

If the word “brand” brings up resistance whenever you think about it, you’re not alone. In this episode, I share my own backstory with branding – while working in the visual end of the brand communication, I felt a lot of heaviness in showing up for my own business to build my brand. I felt like it meant I had to show up to perform a version of myself I didn’t fully embody. And how slowly, that changed as I undid the conventional marketing paradigm around brand creation. We unpack the most common misconceptions about brand (it’s not just your logo and color palette) and why online creatives (coaches, educators, spiritual businsesses) often feel like branding is either manipualtive or simply not for them. I offer a reframe: to think about your brand as PRESENCE; showing up so clearly as yourself that people begin to understand what you stand for and why they would want to work with you? It’s not in service of you – rather in service of the people you help, who need to get a clear signal that you’re the right person. If you’ve been putting off thinking about your brand because it feels intangible, performative or too abstract to understand its ROI, this one’s for you. The Lively Brand – a Workshop as an email series runs March 13 - 15, 2026 and is open for registration. It’s a email series, sending you prompts in video or audio to offer you a chance to slow down and re-connect to your purpose. From hypnosis-infused guided meditation to brief/potent prompts to a brand-vision-board exercise to build a brand that feels true to who you are. This is a public episode. Money bowl, Ganesh and the story numbers tell

In this episode, I talk about: The money bowl I just finished building — and how a small brass Ganesha figurine gifted by a friend years ago became the final piece, leading me down a rabbit hole about Hindu symbolism that turned into a unexpected business lesson about listening, receptivity, and co-creation. Then I get vulnerable and share something I’ve been avoiding for months: my actual 2025 revenue number. Not the one I thought it was (spoiler: I was wildly off), but the real one. And what happened emotionally when I finally sat down and did the math. I probe the question: Why do we avoid looking at our numbers? — and why it’s almost never laziness. It’s something deeper, something tied to self-worth and what we’re afraid those numbers will say about us. And finally, how to flip the script: treating financial tracking not as a report card, but as a story your business is telling you — and approaching your income goals not like a mountain to climb, but like a design challenge. Topics this episode: Feng shui & money bowls · Ganesha symbolism · doing a real money date · decoupling self-worth from revenue · going from 20k to 100k as a systems design problem Ready to build a business that feels more embodied and human? Your brand is the vessel that channels your gifts into the world.
