I greatly appreciate Anthony's work-- making important memory techniques available to the public in a pedagogic way! This podcast shows just that, and furthermore, it is an excellent display of today's marvelous time, where the amassed knowledge of a lifetime can be easily accessed through condense audio tapes.

I knew about using memory palaces since I was a child (which is about 40 year ago!), and was always impressed when reading about how people could give long speeches without having a paper in their hand. Just using the simple technique of visualising the subjects you want to remember, will put them stuck firmly in your mind and easy to recall. I use the techniques that Anthony talks about in this podcast every day and for a lot of different kind of situations and they never fail. They should teach these things at school!
