Great insights into the world of running

Great mix of personal stories from the hosts (all fast runners), race re-caps, discussions on training methodology, as well as running news and a deeper interview with a weekly guest.

Especially inspiring to get a week-to-week insight into the training of some fast runners (while still not professional so you get the extra bonus of hearing how they juggle running with the rest of life).

Recommended if you're even a little bit into running!
