Obenem je zaposlen na Ministrstvu za pravosodje na uradu za mednarodno sodelovanje in mednarodno pravno pomoč, dela pa doktorat iz obnavljalne pravičnosti. Pa vendar je tista Robertova vloga, ki je mene spodbudila, da sem ga povabil na pogovor, vloga predavatelja - Robert je učitelj tehnik (nenasilne) komunikacije, znanje pa črpa tako iz močne teoretične podlage kot izjemnih lastnih izkušenj v praksi. Sporazumevanje je danes prevečkrat pozabljena veščina in ena najpomembnejših orodij uspešnega modernega človeka. Robert pravi, da se komunikacija prične s poslušanjem.
