* I know this is a very difficult one to watch. Especially the clips. Brings me right back to Ruby Frankie’s old videos tormenting her kids. It took me several times to record it and get through it myself. I debated not releasing it at all but I firmly believe these monsters and everyone who failed these kids deserves to be put on blast and called out for what they did. They did lose custody of two of the children but only received PROBATION for the rest of it. UNACCEPTABLE!
