    A long, quiet, deeply unsettling journey through Year Walk, a folklore‑rooted mystery that feels part ghost story, part documentary, part “did this really happen?” Blair Witch energy. This playthrough ended up spanning almost four hours because we deep dive into and read everything - including the Journal at the end and all of its entries. I'll be thinking about this game for a long time. The folklore, the symbols, the creatures, the journal entries… everything feels like it’s pointing to something older, sadder, and more human than a typical horror story. And when you reach the researcher’s notes at the end, the whole narrative reframes itself in a way that’s genuinely tragic, shocking, and leads you into a rabbit-hole of wonder. If you like slow, atmospheric mysteries, Scandinavian folklore, or stories that blur the line between myth and memory, I think you’ll enjoy settling into this one with me.     🗡️ Book Smugglers Demo | We're a Lithuanian Book Smuggler!

    I played the Book Smugglers demo today and discovered something important: I am absolutely terrible at smuggling. I dropped my precious contraband books all over the place, got caught on my second run, and still somehow had a wonderful time. Despite my questionable smuggler skills, the game’s atmosphere completely won me over. The art is striking, the mood is rich and quiet, and the historical inspiration gives everything this grounded, human weight. It’s a unique little experience — part stealth, part story, part love letter to the power of books. This playthrough is soft, cozy, and full of gentle commentary as I wander through the demo, admire the world, and try (with mixed success) to keep hold of my dang books.     Haunt with me!👻 It took three hours but I finally understand Deck of Haunts | ASMR

    This is my second attempt at Deck of Haunts and I make major progress, discover an accidental almost-cheat, and get to night 18 before I needed a break.
