Change for Monroe

Change for Monroe is a grassroots organization that wants to bring our community closer. Rather than focus on our few differences, we want to spend time letting neighbors get to know each other. Through community outreach and civic engagement we believe that we can draw a bigger circle around our community to make it smaller.
