This is a fun one because Anthony brings all of the doubts and fears and challenges of a new marathoner to the conversation as Des and Kara coach him up a little bit. He relates the challenges of running to his career and is very blunt about his biggest concern for race day in NYC (to which all of you will relate). This one is for all of the Hamilton fans and for the marathoners, new and experienced, that have ever faced a challenge putting one foot in front of the other.
