Originally trained as a dietician in South Africa, she moved to London in 1996 and soon transitioned into image consultancy. In 2001 she founded NHJ Style, one of the UK’s early personal styling consultancies, and later launched the NHJ Style Academy to train professional stylists. Through her books, media work, and events, she focuses on helping people build confidence through personal style.     Vittorio Angelone is an Italian-Irish comedian who grew up in Belfast. He was nominated for the Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2022 and has had sold out runs at the Edinburgh in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. After moving to London to train as a classical musician he eventually made the predictable switch to stand-up comedy.     Professor John Duncan is among the pioneers of modern cognitive neuroscience. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 2008 and a Fellow of the British Academy in 2009. In 2012, he was awarded the Heineken Prize for Cognitive Science by the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences. After completing his education at the University of Oxford in 1976, Duncan worked for two years with Michael Posner at the University of Oregon, and then worked at the Medical Research Council (MRC). As of 2018, he is Programme Leader at the MRC's Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit in Cambridge; he is also a Professorial Research Fellow in the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of St John's College, Oxford.     Marcus Brigstocke returns for his own capsule! His first being shared with his wife, comedian Rachel Paris in ep 72. Marcus Brigstocke is a comedian, actor and writer who performs stand up to sell-out audiences on tour nationally. His last tour show, Devil May Care, is now available to watch on Amazon Prime. BBC Radio 4 has become somewhat of a second home to Marcus with regular appearances on I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue, The Now Show and Just a Minute; he has written and recorded three series and four specials of his hit show Giles Wemmbley-Hogg Goes Off. Most recently, he co-starred alongside Kerry Godliman, in three series of The Wilsons Save The World. Marcus has notched up an impressive list of TV credits including Steph’s Packed Lunch, Comedians Giving Lectures, House of Games, The Graham Norton Show, Famous and Fighting Crime, team captain on Argumental, and host of The Late Edition and I’ve Never Seen Star Wars.     Limahl is best know as the lead singer of 80s band Kajagoogoo, who enjoyed the instant fame of hitting the top of the charts with their debut single "Too Shy”. This was followed by two more Top 20 hits "Ooh To Be Ah" and "Hang On Now" (all of which he co-wrote). Limahl then struck out on his own and hit the charts again with his first solo single ‘Only For Love,’ quickly followed with the Giorgio Moroder–produced worldwide smash ‘Neverending Story’, the theme song from the hit film of the same name. In addition, ‘Neverending Story’ and ‘Too Shy’ were featured on hit TV shows Black Mirror, American Horror Story and Stranger Things. Limahl has returned with his first single release in over 5 years, a reimagining of the 70’s classic ‘A Horse With No Name’ that’s out now. The track, originally recorded by America, reaching No 3 in the UK charts, is Limahl’s first ever cover.
