After finding this podcast I ended up listening to over 100 episodes in less than a week. And then I still wanted more! And clearly, I need more since I still struggle with healthy moderation. ;)
I love and appreciate how Inspired Intentions is purposeful about educating on multiple facets of overall health and wellness. I’ve learned so much and even if I’m not able to implement everything I’ve learned all at once (and according to what I’ve learned that would not be sustainable anyway), I’m so much more equipped and inspired to start living more intentionally and healthy.
I already know I’ll listen to all the episodes again and I’m looking forward to all the new ones to come! :)
