Social media can be a bane in today's day and age! It used to be cute back in the day when I used to post cute harmless selfies, but now it seems like a toxic game that we play with people who we probably have never and will never meet in life!
On the other hand, there is my brand social media page, managing which has opened my eyes (and my brain) to anxiety, seeking validation, scoring my entire brand based on a bunch of likes?! Ew.
