The Next Step!

First time really listening to Justin’s Podcast, but I’m looking forward to going back to listening to all the previous and the upcoming podcasts. I met Justin when he was pastoring the Open Arms Church in Port Allegany PA. I was highly encouraged from the first time I met him as a pastor and through his weight loss journey up to that point. Since then I’ve been following him on Facebook for the past three years. Shortly after meeting Justin, my sister was in a horrific accident and passed away a year later. Through her tragedy, I had gained a significant amount of weight because I hid the depression for the past four years. For the past few months, I had followed Justin more closely, and I had finally made the decision to get my life back on the line. I am currently on my second week of the 10 week program. I’m looking forward to seeing what the outcome will be!
