A Good Cry
Michael Cruz Kayne chats with friends, comedians and other notable types about grief. Not just the hard parts, but also the memories that make us laugh, the dumb stuff people said to us, and the way we recovered... or didn't. Each episode is a funny, joyful, and also sometimes really really sad reflection on grief, but that's ok. Good even.

The Moshe Kasher episode made me want to convert to Judaism
Finally - someone who dares to talk about grief (and death)

Being a hospice nurse is only sad and lonely - when I am NOT working. I laugh all day with the sick and dying. Other than that - no one else likes to talk about it. I have spent 32 years doing one thing ?and a expert on the field) and have spent my whole career with people that are dying or grieving. I have also spent 32 years having patients and families tell me I should be a “comedian” or ask if I have done stand up. So, you can be funny and still contemplate life that comes with an automatic death. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Ps: I also saw your show 2 weeks ago and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. In fact - every time you looked to your left - I pretty sure you were talking to me because I had a huge grin the whole show. Thank You again :)
