The fairy godmother you never knew you needed

Shannon is the fairy godmother of my anxiety recovery journey. The advice and wisdom she shares show up in anxious moments for me on a daily basis and she is always there to remind me that I am safe and I can do the stuff that feels hard despite the anxious feelings. Though I rely on the guidance of my therapists for my own personal life, Shannon always appears when I need her most and I hear her encouraging words whenever I find myself “stuck” in anxiety. I’m so thankful I found her during this very crucial part of my recovery.
