This week’s podcast welcomes in Andy Schatzley, assistant coach at Harding University in Arkansas, who has proven to be one of the best teachers and developers of defenders on the small college level. Schatzley delivers countless ideas, language, drills, and mentalities that will make all of us better teachers on the infield. Schatzley always had coaching in his future, as his father was longtime ABCA member, and his true passion for developing his guys is apparent. The results speak for themselves as last year’s team fielded .977 a year ago, good for third in the country in Division II. That has been year after year with his defense. Schatzley not only delivers major value inside our chat but it is also his transparency and humility that will be palpable for our listeners as well.

The Best Political Talk Show

It’s very difficult today to get news that is not party-line motivated. Ben Shapiro gives straight forward facts and views that help our country and help us know where a candidate really stands on policy and values. Though his impersonations stink :-) he adds just the right amount of humor. It’s a great listen.

Just awesome

Coach sheets and the ABCA podcast is a must listen for ALL coaches. Full of insight, humor, and an incredible coaching resource. Can’t say enough good things about the podcast. Can’t tell you how much I steal pieces of all the guests to improve my coaching

Review - long overdue

Sheets has absolutely dominated. I have learned so much from this podcast and will miss his voice on the airwaves. The conversations covered on this podcast have allowed me to learn and grow in many areas related to baseball and life. This podcast has allowed me to embrace a life, not just a baseball life, but a true life of life long learning.

When it comes to the game or baseball, I wouldn’t have grown as much as I have over the last two years had it not been for Sheets and the dedication to the calls from the clubhouse podcast. This podcast has opened my eyes to how much someone can learn if they really want. Before this I never listened to podcasts, and I never read books. Now when a coach on the podcast recommends a book I add it to my ongoing list. Before this podcast I didn’t have a relationship with God and now I do. Simply put this podcast has been life changing.
